Poor service, manager is not helpful. Cold pizza and 1/2 and order, just bad!!

Horrible service they did not give me my entire order. No resolution the manager took 0 ownership of the mistake. Cold pizza for $100 is Horrible!!

Loved Tina delivering our order tonight! Very nice and went out of her way to grab us parm and crushed pepper. Appreciate the kindness!! :)

This is a great location. The employees here are always very busy, but they are always very helpful. I love their atmosphere at this store. I have always had a great experience. Keep it up team! 👏👏👏 🙌🥇🏅🎖️🏆

The automated system is the worst. Just do an online order DO NOT call.

One pizza was completely undercooked while the other had a chunk of the crust ripped off. When we contacted the store about the issue the girl that answered the phone had a severe attitude issue and didn't show any respect or remorse for their inability to correctly complete an order. This was 11/29/2024 at 2:15pm. You want to be rude to customers who's orders you screwed up on you might need to find a new job.

my pizza was delivered to me smashed, so my cheese was stuck to the top lid of the pizza box. I didn’t receive my marinara, or my chili flakes that i had ordered as well.

This dominos and the one of 1st in Kennewick are by far the best ones in Tri-Cities. I do not go to any other dominos now.

The ai messed up my order then got sent to the dominos center line and some old lady messed up my order god bless her though,I called the store and they gave me 2 free pizzas all I had to do was pay for delivery they are great at the job when I go in sometimes there always nice.

Kid-friendliness: They were very understanding that my order was messed up but couldn’t refund me for the two pizzas that were messed up out of three very nice people
