Today 5/17/25 at around 5 45pm. I had a bad experience here. I ordered a Beast Sub but unfortunately the sub was below standards. I feel like the guy was in bad mood. I even thanked him for good subs the last 3 weeks. He didn't even say anything back. Cool. Ill just take my money some where else. Oh ya. I also tipped him for weeks. Never again.

Came in greatly greeted up until makeing my second sandwich I was givin less Portion for my tuna sandwich I always get tuna and I know the portion and she wanted to charge me more. Even on my veggies she throws to charge me extra for not even putting the right amount in the first place they work in the customer service industry no smile the energy vibe was cut short and very negative. The customer after me was ordering as well and she didn’t like her attitude and she walked out I would blame her this all happend at the west Richland location and the manager was the one attending us her name is Alaina. During lunch it was slow until after me then she started smiling and talking nicely we should all be treated the same.

Great sandwiches, Ms. AJ was not so great. We came in last night around 7pm and she did not look so happy seeing us and a few others in the shop. No greeting or anything. She was rather monotone and passive aggressive when asking what we wanted on our sandwiches. Not a very welcoming experience, but the sandwiches were great. I much prefer the other girl that works here as she makes wonderful recommendations to amp your sandwich up and is very kind and bubbly. Not sure what her name was, but she had blonde hair.

Who the heck makes their sandwiches upside down???!!! They never EVER use to do that!! Meat goes on the bottom bun, NOT the top!! They call them "toppings" for a reason, not upside-down toppings.

Isabel was very kind and welcoming, she not only made a very delicious sandwich, while she was making my sandwich and while I sat down to eat , She was guiding a new team member and teaching them in a very professional manner. She pays attention and multitasks very well. Throughout the time I was eating inside, she was very focused on getting everything on her list done but still took the time to have a very polite conversation with me. She is quite a wonderful and hardworking woman. Thank you Isabel for being an amazing you :).10 stars if I could for sure!
