Good drinks but absolutely the slowest coffee shop in town. Even when they come out and take orders while in line. It’s painfully slow. I’m speaking of the Pasco location.

Enjoy the coffee, though you might want to get a bell or something. I sat in the drive thru for five minutes this morning and nobody ever came out of the back to take my order. It was early enough that I didn’t want to honk or wake up neighboring houses. So, I was relegated to McDonald’s lol…

I go get my drink Monday through Friday in Pasco. They always know my drink and name. Shout out to Perla, as she has really perfected the making of my drink!

If you want a intimate customer service experience this is your next stop. Coffee is fantastic, the breakfast burritos are out of this world. Thank me later

Usually I have a pleasant experience. The baristas here are always kind and helpful, and the food is fine. However my most recent experience has left me disappointed. I ordered a hot quad-shot pumpkin latte and it was excessively sweet to the point I couldn’t drink it. This is most likely a communication error on my part. I personally don’t like my coffee super sweet and prefer a strong coffee flavor, which is why I pay for an extra double shot. Most of the time the sweetness is not an issue when I order a quad-shot, today being the exception. However, I can completely understand why the barista would make it sweeter since most people tend to prefer their coffee on the sweeter side. But the result was that my drink was saccharinely sweet to the point of being inedible, so I wasted around $10 on a coffee I couldn’t drink. I will keep coming back since the location is very convenient for me but I was disappointed from this experience and it was a bad way to start my day.

Place is nice and clean and modern. Atmosphere was good and staff was great. But I will likely avoid given the prices. I had one 16oz latte with oat milk and modest flavor and the price with a 15% tip was over $9.00. Talk about sticker shock! If I would have not tipped, still $8.

First time here . I got an iced chai tea and a piece of cofee cake. It was only $15 (with tip) and as a bonus, when I was done with the few sips of chai, i had a bonus 1/2 cup of water (once the ice melted) Such great value! (/Sarcasm)

My favorite coffee shop! It's a fun energetic atmosphere but not overwhelmingly so. Their drinks are so good! I also Love that the evening happy hour is a great option to relax and have a date. And their patio seating is a great place to catch up with friends while enjoying your treats.

A mixed bag. The coffee and other drinks are usually nice quality and well made, however there are a few issues.

The drinks are more expensive then other local coffee shops, as any and all
modifications are individually charged. The lattes are high quality, but hardly contain any espresso in the larger sizes. The drinks are also filled to the brim with ice. Want it blended? That will be an extra dollar.

The chai is low quality and watery, which was disappointing for the price. Likewise, the burritos I ordered were tiny, and not filling for the price. Good coffee cake though.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help with any problems with orders. The building and bathrooms are clean, and the space is inviting.

Worth a try, but be prepared to spend quite a bit.

A nice place to sit outside with a light snack or gluten free treat. The staff is so very nice, competent, friendly and want to make sure you have a nice experience. We sat outside with our (well-behaved) dog under an umbrella with a nice breeze. Wowza to Sarah who won the heart of our girl.
