The Cajey Cajun was on point. 3 slices cajun seasoned grilled chicken. It's not too spicy, just enough to know that it's cajun. The co-worker ordered the chicken tenders and said that they were good.

Best chicken wings made to order. Great selection of sauce. Seasoned fries. Never had a bad order there. Family and down to earth ambience with friendly service with a smile.

Best way I can describe this place is that it's an average experience for a premium price tag.Went in at 2 on a Tuesday and nobody was there. Most of the chairs were tipped up on the tables and it looked dark. I questioned whether or not it was open.As I had never been there, the guy running the kitchen and the counter was very kind giving me a tour of the menu and let me take my time deciding. The chicken fingers were very good. Tasted homemade, fresh, nicely breaded, and juicy. The homemade sauce was excellent as well with the chicken. The Mac and cheese being a "premium side" was pretty poor. Watery, bland, lacking cheese, and lacking soul. For over 16 dollars for the meal, I'm not sure it was worth the price for the quality and amount of food. If the Mac and cheese were elevated to the level the chicken was at I'd have no problem paying that price.Sitting somewhere between 3 and 4 stars for me but it has potential to be a big hit. Thanks and good luck ?

We ordered take out and The majority of our order was fine. But I pulled out the coleslaw we ordered and the lid had the date 9/5 on it... today is 9/9. I had to assume that the date was a mistake. It smelled fine so I took a big bite. And it tasted like fish. Pretty sure it had turned and was actually from 9/5....

Great food. Great service. The chicken tenders & onion rings are sooooo good!! The patio is nice, but the flies are insane!! Please, for the love of God, get some fly traps.

The recent spate of one star reviews is a bit baffling. Our experience while not perfect, wasn’t worthy of a one star. This spot was completely empty at 1PM on a Saturday which was surprising. Staff was super friendly and the prices were quite reasonable for the amount of we got. The tenders and wings were excellent. Juicy and moist chicken with a terrific crunchy breading. Shoestring fries are amongst the best I’ve had, served hot and crispy. The sauces were a different story. Just very average and pedestrian, nothing at all worthy of note. These were no doubt dispensed from a US Foods jumbo jug into their portion cups. Where this place really fell down was in things entirely under their control. First was the smell which was thick with stale fryer oil (which was interesting because the food was def fried in fresh oil). The other irritant on our visit was the FLIES!! There were dozens of them pestering us throughout our visit. Both the smell and the flies are manageable with better cleaning practices! 3 stars but I’d still go again (but to go order only).

The food was pretty good. Wait for food was about 30min. They seemed to be short staffed. Big back patio with a live band that was really loud for the space.

I ordered the cowboy chicken sandwich and coleslaw. At first, I wondered why the coleslaw was drowning. The liquid level must have been 3/4 to the top of the container. Then I tried the chicken sandwich, and it was like...ok, I get it, they were trying to balance it out. I've never had that dry of a sandwich, or that dry of chicken, but both together was NUTS. At least I only waited 40 minutes for it.

If you want good Chicken Shack, go to the one in Pasco. It's light-years better and it won't taste like you're eating over and undercooked cardboard.

Used to be a great place to let loose and dance a little after dinner. Then it became a 'kids are welcome anytime' place. Sorry, but there's a time and a place. Won't be going back because I don't like kids on the dance floor when I'm out on a night. So sad.

Well, we were pretty disappointed this visit.Tried to call our takeout ahead of arrival but were put on hold for 5 minutes to be hung up on so we drove in to order takeout. Food took almost a half hour to be ready and they forgot one of the meals. We ended up eating the to go food in house while we waited for the third meal so we could at least enjoy it hot. The chicken is smaller than it used to be and the quality has gone way down. We used to rave about how great this place was. While we waited I got to watch one of the staff serve food with her hair down wearing a felt cowboy hat and oversized dirty sweatshirt and repeatedly touch her face without washing hands before handling people's orders. I get that the atmosphere is laid back but what I witnessed was unsanitary. We've noticed quality wavering the last few visits, this just kind of ended our enthusiasm for this place.Okay chicken. Good fries. Favorite ranch ever. Questionable sanitary procedures. Overhyped and likely understaffed for how busy they seem to be which is probably tanking the quality.
