**Sharp & Dangerous Bone in my Order That was Bit into.** Well I tried & even drove 25 MILES roundtrip to Talk about my Order, I was very nice & only wanted a refund for my Pulled Pork Sandwichs. Since I bought 1 for a friend. I returned the Food & was told I would receive a Refund...well I received only a 50% refund. So here is a BAD Review. Bland, Flavorless, Overpriced Sandwich & STALE Doggy Chips. Thanks 4 Nothing.

Aloha Alabama BBQ was deliciously unexpected in the commercial fishing district at Westport. Do you like barbecue? Or do you want a poke bowl? You can have both. The fries were big and hot; the baked beans were so good we bought some to go. The kalua pig was perfect, not too salty. Portions are generous and food was served promptly. Eat inside with the beachy, southern decor or outside in the covered / open picnic table tent. Staff were friendly and accommodating to boot. Don't skip this delightful Bama-waiian cafe', you won't be disappointed.

Great food! My fiancè had pulled pork tacos and they were amazing especially with the sauce that they put on them. Very filling for sure. I had the brisket platter (they happen to have brisket the day we were there) and it was great as well.

Two stars for friendliness of the staff. Our party of 5 ate here today and now most of us are sick. The brisket special tasted old, and was full of big fat chunks. All of the food was very bland to mediocre and now we are all ill.

I had the pulled pork platter with pasta salad and coleslaw. The pulled pork was excellent but the coleslaw was flavorless and the pasta salad was very dry. I'd return for the pulled pork, but those sides will be skipped next time. My wife had the fish tacos and the fish was very overcooked. Others in our party had pork sandwiches and fries and they were real happy with those. The fries looked real good, so I'll get those next time.

Food was pretty good. I would visit again if I were in town.
Pretty disappointed. Got two of the “loved” items. Everything was very heavily breaded, very greasy and over fried. The fried pickles only tasted like the fryer. The fish tacos were okay, although the fish must have been too cold as the breading slid right off. And the fish and chips were probably the highlight, although again the breading all fell off before you got it to your mouth. The sauces were a good compliment, but maybe some issues with the fryer were happening. They were out of rice so that limited some of the other items we initially thought about ordering. Not sure we will come back here on our next visit, but maybe to try the pulled pork.

Stopped in to eat while on vacation and I have to admit I was not impressed. The food was mediocre at best, not a lot of flavor, and the Hawaiian chicken looked uncooked. However, it was fully cooked, it just looked like it wad boiled as there was no charring or bbq grill marks. If you look on their website it shows chicken that’s actually grilled but as you can see from my picture that’s not the case. I added a picture of my food and a picture from their website to see the difference.
The restaurant was clean, and the service was good.
