Most amazing prime rib dip we've ever had! Melts in your mouth. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We drove from Tennessee for this and it was worth the drive. Definitely the jewel of the pacific northwest!
We drove 2 hours to check out the marina and find a spot to have some fish and chips. We absolutely enjoyed this spot. We grabbed our table and ordered at the counter. Menu posted on the wall or they have menus to browse at your table if you need time. Hands down must try clam chowder, beer battered halibut or regular cod with chips. They also offered a prime rib dip that looked so good but we just had our heart set on the fish and chips with the clam strips. Crab cakes also worthy! The only thing that was a mystery that took a minute to get used to were the cheese curds. Not what we normally expect but it was still tasty. Their tea was our go to but they carried a single soda brand called Stubborn in just about every variety of flavor plus a few brews on tap! We absolutely enjoyed this place! We will be back for that Prime Melt Sandwich!!

We came here for lunch and my husband ordered the prime rib melt and it was delicious, I on the other hand ordered the famous crab cake and it was ok, I’ve tasted better crab cakes, I think it’s needing some sauce or something, it’s fairly dry. We’ve also order a large clam chowder and that was so good the clam were so tender and soft and not chewy. I really enjoyed it despite not liking clams.

We highly recommend Bennett's in Westport! Every year over the last four years, we have taken a road trip to Westport to stay a few days. Every trip, we have eaten at Bennett's and have been very satisfied! During previous trips, we ate the fish and chips, which were great. On our recent trip (Sept 2024), we tried the cheeseburgers, Best of the Best combo (cranberry coast salad and dungeness crab sandwich), and the clam chowder. All were really great! In particular, the first night I had a small bowl of clam chowder as a side. I loved the chowder so much that the second night we ate there on the same trip, I had the chowder in the sourdough bread bowl, and that hit the spot! The cranberry coast salad was also really yummy! In addition to the great food, the service and staff have always been super friendly and welcoming! The only drawback I noticed on our recent trip was the price of the draft beer: in my opinion, the $8.50 we were charged for a glass of Manny's was too much! Overall, Bennett's is a great place with great service, and we look forward to eating there again next year!

On a recent visit to Westport WW decided to Try Bennett’s . We had Halibut and fries , clam chowder and garlic bread . It was the best meal ever ! Everything was excellent , and the lady behind the counter was so busy but never made us feel rushed and took the time to answer our questions. I wish I had gotten her name, she was great !!

Food was prepared perfect and the service was great.
Rainy Autumn Sunday so it wasn't busy. Food came fast and helping were big. The halibut was crispy and tasted goody but the cod was pretty soggy, I used to love their coleslaw but this time around it was dry and tasteless.

Bread bowls with chowder are my absolute favorite! The oysters are amazing too. My husband likes their shrimp and the fries are a generous portion. We like trying the unique soda flavors, like lemon berry acai. They have GF options too.
Parking: There are places all along the street. Off season parking is easy but during peak summertime you made need to park around the block.

Classic waterside fish joint-- casual place to feast on generous portions of well prepared seafood. I was disappointed that they were out of oysters today, but I enjoyed the clams!
