THE BEST clam strips and fries EVER. Hands down...really good soda choices even though I only ever get water lol which is bottled, they dont have free water, FYI. People working are friendly and the service is quick.

I didn’t feel very welcome when placing my order, nor when it was slammed on my table and the person who delivered it walked away without asking if I needed anything else. Fish was good, clam strips were as well as the fries, but I do wonder about the authenticity of that halibut…. Underwhelming experience for sure.

The food was good nothing spectacular. Didn't care for the atmosphere. To cramped not enough seating very busy didn't care for ordering at a counter and was very disappointed that fish and chips and chowder for two was $80.00. prices in Westport are ridiculously high. It's a shame.

The atmosphere was perfect, the food phenomenal, and the service above exceptional. Our daughter is (newly) T1D and had ordered a cola zero; she took a sip or two and said she thought it was "full sugar, it tastes too good". The staff, with no questions, brought a fresh one just in case, and it had been cola not zero. We really appreciated the "no questions" and just bringing a fresh drink over "just in case". The bread bowls were *chefs kiss*... Perfection. Fresh clams in each bite, great flavor, and 10/10 would go back again!

We dropped into Bennett's for dinner and everyone got chowder bread bowls, oh man were they fantastic. The table next to us got fish and chips and they also looked delicious, the family there said they were wonderful as well. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the mood for chowder or fish and chips.

Never disappoints! Service was prompt, and the server was friendly. We went at the right time as we almost had the place to ourselves. At least 15 minutes before people started coming in. Generous portions. The fish is fresh and delicious. I appreciate that when I asked for a box to take my food home I was given a little cardboard, wax coated tray with a brown paper bag. I like that it was recyclable and environmental friendly. It is always a treat to go to Westport and dine here.Wheelchair accessibility: While we were there, another patron was enjoying her meal from a wheelchair.

Busy but worth it, Texas fish shack vibe. Local beer, kids menu, best fish and chips in Westport. Battered cod is better than halibut but don't tell the rich tourists.
We picked a good-un while driving through Westport! Weboth had the haddock and and chips it was great. The clam chowder was too.

I love Bennetts in Ocean Shores, so when I found out there was another in Westport I was super excited. The same amazing service as the other store but our food just wasn't at the same level. My crab melt was crispy on the outside and cold in the middle; my daughter's clam chowder was lukewarm and my mom's clam strips overcooked. It wasn't that busy. Would probably give them another try if I'm in the area but it wasn't what I was expecting based on previous experiences.
