Unfortunately, the last few times I've been to Subway after I have finished eating my food I've had in extremely upset stomach and have had to run to the bathroom almost immediately. This used to be one of my favorite sandwich places to stop at, but whatever they have changed over the years makes me and my husband both extremely sick. Which is really surprising considering how it's supposed to be a healthier option...
Other than that, the staff is always extremely kind and helpful.

Horrible customer service, rude to my mother about a coupon that worked but kept yelling at us that it wouldn't without even trying. I get its tough when your career is subway but your customer service should be alot better.

EVERY time the bread is stale. I mean HARD stale. You shouldn't be able to make drum sounds on fresh bread.

A very nice lady made us some yummy sandwiches and while I always wish that Subway's bread would be softer I really couldn't complain about how well she put together our sandwiches and how generous she was with making sure they were made to our satisfaction. We came in out of town last minute and it was dark and hard to find a place to get any kind of food and we were able to find this gas station with a subway in it and while it was spendy it was worth it My husband and I split a footlong and it was well enough food with how much stuff the nice lady put on it.

Their customer service is very poor, we ordered a sandwich online with specific instructions and they did not follow. We ordered a second sandwich online for my girlfriend to her liking, this sandwich did not have special instructions yet they did not toast it. The workers are not pleasant and they will stare uncomfortably at you.
