One of the best ever places I saw, good experience. The fish and chips Cod fish is my recommending for lunch.

I've been getting ice and chum bait from Westport Seafood for a few years and haven't had anything close to a bad experience. Joe and staff all work long hours and give 110%! Their saltwater flake ice is the best I've used. And its stupid cheap. They only sell it by the full tote for $60, I don't need more than half that per trip but would easily spend twice that amount at a grocery store or gas station buying the same amount of crappy ice that I can watch melt. And the IQF sardines are $55 for a #40 pound box, very reasonable. And I prefer to chum with dead bait over live because it lays down a perfect trail and won't swim away... They only take cash or checks. Try to have exact change when picking up ice/ bait in the mornings before a trip. They are open until 5pm and it's always easier to load up the afternoon before a trip if possible. And they ice doesn't melt anyways.
