“We decided to do a little drive towards Rainier and stopped by the Carlson Block for pizza, and we are so happy we did. Not only was the service super friendly but the pizza was delicious. We started with their Cesar salad which was honestly a perfect balance of ingredients. We then shared a pizza with half sausage and fennel then half brussel sprouts and bacon. Though not your standard toppings, these were fantastic. Honestly, some of my favorite pizza. We will definitely be back.

We stopped by around 4:30 on a Saturday and beat the rush and there is plenty of parking around.”

“Lots of unique options of cookies. They have refrigerated options served cold as well as some served warm which makes the flavors so yummy. My favorite is the cornbread cookie that is served with syrup. So delicious.

Our location has curbside pick up that we love. Makes ordering so convenient. We order on the app and pick up at our pre selected time slot.

The parking lot is small but I have never struggled to find a spot. Most of the traffic is in and out.

The price point is correct for gourmet baked goods. They have a lot of size options for boxes so you can get just one or a larger box to serve more people. They are huge so we always share whatever we get. They have really cute cookie cutters now to cut into triangles and make them more shareable. Also available now is mini size cookies.

If you have not tried them out I would recommend them.

I think that patrons need to be aware that there's only so much cheese in the crust and should consider getting extra. And I also did the creamy red sauce and extra pineapple for the Hawaiian pizza. Turned out really good.”

Stumbled into Headworks Brewery on a Monday night and landed smack in the middle of Open Mic which turned out to be the perfect soundtrack for sipping great beer and people-watching.

The vibe? Super chill. The bartender was friendly, the service was fast, and the beer selection did not disappoint. We especially loved the Amazillo Imperial IPA (bold and beautiful) and the Blueberry Cosmic Crisp (like a fruit snack for grown-ups).

Burger Bud’s food truck was parked right outside, and let me tell you those smashburgers and fries hit.

Bonus points: Dog AND kid-friendly. So whether you’ve got a pup, a kid, or just questionable taste in friends, you’re welcome here.

10/10 would return preferably on another Open Mic night with a burger in one hand and a cider in the other.”

“Sitting in my all time favorite place in Washington State. Sharing a Chicken Salad sandwich and chips with Hubby. As usual, this Bistro offers the best in atmospheres. Good service, friendly staff and always clean, even when busy. But most of all it is the feeling of being treated the same as if I was a regular customer. I live in Eastern Oregon and don’t get to eat here as often as I would like. They specially made a quesadilla for me because I knew I liked chicken quesadillas but wanted to try their shredded beef without full commitment if I didn’t like it, they made me a half and half!! And I LOVED the shredded beef quesadilla ❤️‍🔥 I’ll order a full shredded beef next time thanks to them letting me try it and offering that service to me.
