Amazing, hands down the best pizza in the county, maybe the state. It's shockingly good. Customer for life!

Best wood fire pizza ever had. The dough is perfectly balanced. The sauce is not too sweet or acidic. The right amount of mozzarella, and topping on each pizza.Finished my meal off with Blueberry basil ice cream which was an incredible dessert. Worth the drive.

When we're anywhere near Puyallup, we always make our way over to Wilkerson for pizza at the Carlson Block. Like today, we could have taken I-90 home from Yakima to Seattle, but we decided to go through White Pass and take the long and scenic way home, adding about 2 hours to our trip, so that we could stop by the Carlson Block for dinner. Their pizzas are that good.

Great atmosphere and Ian knows how to prepare the best pizza I've ever had. The sausage and fennel is the bomb. Definitely need to give The Carlson Block a try, you won't be disappointed.
