5 stars is not enough! These folks catered our wedding and it was a hit. The food was amazing, they were professional and sweet and kind. The food was so good people will be talking about it for some time to come. I can’t thank you enough for how wonderful it was.
I've been wanting to get by and try Boss Hogg's. I'm a brisket snob with trips to Austin 1-2 times a year. For Washington, this is great brisket, well worth the sidetrip off I-5. Pay attention to open hours.
I had 1/2 lb brisket, Southern green beans & sweet heat bbq sauce. Bought a loaf of white bread across the street and had a wonderful drive back to Seattle.
Heartily recommend.

He had the half order of ribs and I had the pulled pork sandwich. Both items were very,very taisty. Highly recommend by this Texan!
