If you put half the effort into the food that you put into responding to negative reviews you’d maybe have something edible!

This place was great and staff was super friendly. I was surprised after how good food and service was it was not more busy. We got the Al pastor tacos and carne asada plate both were delicious!! Good tequila selection too! Only disappointing thing was all the staff was wearing masks 😷 and could not see there smiles but they were very friendly. Was just sad not to see faces! But I will be back regardless!

Food was mediocre at best. Food was not fully cooked, everything was excessively covered with refried beans. Waitress was not able to follow simple requests. Wouldn’t recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I recently visited this nice Mexican restaurant and ordered the Taco Salad. It was huge and tasted pretty good—definitely satisfying! The outdoor patio was a great spot to enjoy my meal, offering a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a hearty Mexican dish with a comfortable patio dining option

Dining at Carlos1800 Mexican Grill And Cantina is like walking into a sitcom where everyone knows your name—and your favorite salsa! The service is so friendly, you half expect them to offer to babysit your kids.
And the food? It’s on your table so fast, you’ll think they have a team of tortilla-wielding ninjas in the kitchen (they don’t, I asked). The location is right in the heart of town, and the seating is so comfy, you might just stay for another round of chips.
It’s a fiesta you won’t want to miss—unless you’re on a diet. Then, maybe stop being a baby and just go in anyway.

Overpriced.
First off the food is very bland. The rice and beans have no flavor. Beans tasted like rosaritas out of a can and the rice tasted like it came from a box with no seasoning. The most ridiculous thing is they try to charge 5 dollars for chips and salsa. Who does that? Also if you want a little sour cream with your plate thatll be 2.50 extra. My wife had al pastor tacos that were 26 dollars and they were just ok. I had a shredded beef burrito and my daughter had chicken nuggets. I had one beer and my wife had a sangria. Our total bill was 90 bucks! Crazy i would never come back. Total tourist trap.
