Honestly, we only had some French fries and a couple beers. So I don't really know about the food. But atmosphere was great, and their hot sauce collection is fantastic. I found 2 I really liked, and the server was cool with me purchasing them on the spot even though they were already open, and only 3/4 full. Nice little touch...

I loved the atmosphere, and the quiz game was the best entertainment our kids have ever had at a restaurant. The cider was excellent too—I only wish I could have ordered more.

We tried MVC on a Sunday morning right when deer hunting season started. At this time only two places served breakfast and MVC menu looked the better of the two. The menu is small. But we really enjoyed our spinach omelets. Staff were friendly and efficient. We’d have breakfast here again and will try the evening menu and drinks when we’re back at Winthrop.

Had breakfast here while we were out on a cross state motorcycle trip. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and the prices were better than expected. I would definitely eat there again

It was my first time drinking cider. The bartender was polite and patiently explained all the options and their flavours. I liked the Black Raven and Perry Cider. Was just passing through the town and was recommended to try the Cider here. It was definitely worth the visit. Would highly recommend the Cider House. Would definitely be counted as one of Winthrop's attractions and must-visits.

JP gave us such a warm welcome that we felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door! Great service. Food came quickly and was excellent!! Being from England I asked for tea and was pleased to see 2 tea bags in my huge mug. 😁 Mayria gave excellent service and my husband said it was the best omelette he's had! Would highly recommend here for great food and service at a reasonable price.
Horrible place- avoid if you can! Flies everywhere and waiter was AWFUL. Family of 6 (4 kids) and we were forgotten about after waiting for our food for an hour! I had to ask for water and it was given to us warm. No napkins and the table was filthy. When I asked where the food was, he said “oh, they are just starting it now”. No apology and it wasn’t even that busy. Are you kidding me?! I told them we had dogs in the car and he kept checking his phone and sipping on his water like there was no rush. Pretty disappointed for this beautiful town. Sad I won’t be back.

We had fries, chicken nuggets and ribs the nuggets were cheap frozen processed chicken nuggets tasted OK but. Ribs were terrible hard that would not fall off the bone in 100 yrs I had 1 bite and nearly choked on it gave it back to server did ask for or get refund cos that's not me but he should have noticed the cider was lovely especially the Wolfe and pineapple and the fries were good they had a band that was nice
