Very healthy, tasty food! They were able to accommodate my dairy-free, gluten free request. We had both Chicken and Falafal bowls, potatoes, cauliflower, dates and flourless cake for dessert.
We sat on the back deck and enjoyed the casual nature of the service. You order at the bar and then the food comes out when it is ready. Winthrop is such a cute town, and I would definitely eat here again if I was passing through!

I was overall happy with my evening here. I ultimately got 3 glasses of wine and the meatballs and macaroni tapas. It actually was the perfect serving of food for a single person, however... I'm not entirely convinced that it was made fresh, especially the macaroni, which is actually penne.... and the meatball didn't seem to actually be meat, but it was still delicious. There were a lot of lovely people to talk to, and it had a nice outdoor patio area that I think would benefit from having some available shade in the summer afternoon, but by the time I went out there that evening, the building next door was casting a shadow, which worked well for me! The bartenders and wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd return and, in fact, had planned to do so yesterday evening, but after 2 days of hiking, I was beat and just wanted to relax at my quiet campground especially with as busy as town was. I'll still stop in again the next time I visit Winthrop!

My husband and I loved our first experience at Meza! A nice selection of food, wine, beer, and N/A drinks. The servers had great suggestions on how large portions were as well. Wonderful small plate restaurant. My husband and I split 5 small plates and were stuffed with a few leftovers. Would definitely recommend the moruno chicken and blistered peppers.

Feels a bit like a small piece of Santa Monica floated in east of the Cascades. Very well-conceived and delivered meze-type options, and a broad beer and wine selection. We enjoyed the meat and cheese, warm dates with pistachios, and meatballs with yogurt. Bonus points for good service, relaxed vibe, and appealing soundscape.

What a great find this was. Great collection of beers and ciders. And their food - boy so good, so fresh, so tasty.
Their crudite was soooo good. So was the roasted cauliflower. Must visit for a casual bite or even a proper meal.

Yes please and thank you. Winthrop has needed this for years. And it's finally here. Fast friendly and affordable. Plenty of veg options. Great to see they are as busy as ever in their second year! Go Meza!

Simple food, very solidly prepared. It’s head and shoulders above most other restaurants in Winthrop.

I can confidently say this is the most hospitable establishment in Winthrop and beyond. Each person working there (including the owner) came up to us and asked us “how everything was going”. It felt like I had been there a bunch of times before but it was our first. Food was excellent, drinks were great too.

Get the roasted cauliflower and almond citrus cake! Chicken was also good, meatball was okay.

We had a great dinner of small sharing plates at Meza. The food and service was great and the staff was really friendly. We sampled a couple of beers before deciding what to have. Remember to leave space for the amazing desserts!

This was the best meal we had on our recent visit to Winthrop. The Mediterranean menu was unexpected in such a small town and greatly appreciated! We were a little overwhelmed at first with the restaurant's set up. We walked into Friday night madness and were asked to order at the counter from a massive wall of food and drink options, but the staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful, the drinks were delicious, and the service was top notch. It was a lovely meal.
