OMG! The breakfast veggie burrito and veggie quiche were next level!! So moist and delicious! It was just what we needed this morning!! Great coffee too!

We loved the veggie breakfast burritos here so much we had them twice on our recent trip to Winthrop. The blueberry scone (fresh made very morning!) was also delicious, as was the Blue Star coffee. Cute place and friendly staff.

Great tasting freshly baked strawberry rhubarb scone was a perfect late morning snack. Nice cozy bakery near the center of Winthrop with friendly and caring owner and staff.

Dry breakfast sandwich sitting for some time. But only open place for breakfast so no choice.

Coffee and cinnamon roll were amazing!

I was shocked that my bill totalled $44 for three items. But, the quality of the ingredients and the exceptional flavours made it worth every penny! The $32 “Ready to Bake Southwest Pot Pie” is worth the splurge! The vegetables and sausage pieces were rough cut, giving perfection to texture and the flavours were perfectly blended - out of this world! The $6 Vegetable Quiche was still fresh from the oven, moist and bursting with flavour! The $3 Drip Coffee did not disappoint! Do it! You won’t regret it!

Cute tiny shoppe with a nice spread of pastries that make you think "wow, is this Winthrop?" But after I tipped with my purchase and the young lady they told me they don't have anything but sugar and half and half plus they took 10 minutes to find a lid for my cold brew and poured it into 3 different glasses to accomplish that, I realized once again how true the old addage is to not judge a book by its cover or its introduction. Did not expect a fancy coffee shop with 300 combinations but did at least expect the basics and this one missed that low standard.

We were camping at Lake Pearrygin for my birthday, and we ordered a beautiful cake as well as a dozen of their muffins. Order process was easy, and most importantly, everything was so delicious! We’ll be back to grab more goodies on our next trip to Winthrop.

One word: MACARONS! A few more words: really delicious all around. Lovely people and great food—also cute stickers! So good and easy to stop by— Honestly becomes a bit of a problem that it’s on the way home from… the grocery store, daycare, the library ?

Just drip coffee, no expresso. Their quiche is pretty good tho. My friends walked in and then right out. If you want strong coffee there is two other places to go to rocking horse bakery or sheri’s sweet shop.

The berry scone was yummy and the woman helping me very nice. I was so glad they were open as there were not a lot of choices! There is no espresso, just drip coffee which is fine, but absolutely no decaf (not even available to make to order) which was disappointing and seems odd. I thought the breakfast sandwich had a lot be desired, just white bread Thomas English muffins from the store not even toasted. The sandwiches might be better, will try that next time.

06/20/22Stopped here looking for something to eat after finding most places closed at the time we were looking. We'll definitely be back.Wife got a piece of quiche she liked.I got a pastrami sandwich, which was one of the best deli-style pastrami's I've had: really good meat, and surprisingly good "white" [French?] bread.Staff were very nice.Took one star off because their drink selection was "very" limited.Still, would return for their deli food.

Delicious pastries and a charming and helpful assistant who went out of his way to help my friend. I had a yummy mango and peach scone with a good crunch and my friend had a blueberry-raspberry bar which she loved. It would be perfect if they offered lattes too.

Great hours for Winthrop. Excellent take out for a day trip or hike or to reheat for dinner if you have a kitchen.
