Love this place! Amazing wine

Lori -the most wonderful wine associate I've ever met in my life. She took us on a wine tour around the state with all different wines. If you buy a bottle you waive a tasting fee. We would be here every weekend if we lived here. We called and they didnt answer. Lori called back and was so wonderful on the phone, we had to stop in. Shes a complete asset to this place and a wonderful human being. The view from this place is also phenomenal. The hills and the vines are unbelievable.

Cascade Cliffs is my favorite winery.. the wine is amazing, the staff is very accommodating and the winery is beautiful and fun to sit and sip at..

We have been visiting Cascade Cliffs Vineyard & Winery for about 25 years and eventually became wine club members. They truly know how to take care of their customers — and we genuinely feel that. The service has been exceptional and consistently outstanding throughout the decades, both at the winery and at their tasting room in Hood River. The wine is excellent, and the entire experience is well worth the price.

Although we could have our wine shipped, we choose instead to take a short getaway every quarter so we can enjoy visiting in person.

Great wine, great employees, great service!

Beautiful location and wonderful staff. We are really into wine tasting at lots of places, else we would have joined this wine club. The wine is DELICIOUS. We aren't from here, but are definitely coming back next year.
They were very busy and totally accommodated us sitting in the sun, and made us feel as though we were a couple of very few patrons that day.

Great wines and great conversation. Not to be missed.

2nd time we have been to this winery for a tasting. Lady at the counter was very attentive and personable. We ended up signing up for a membership the first time and taking two boxes of wine home with us on the 2nd visit. Our relatives from New Zealand really enjoyed the experience and were really impressed with the service. Can't rate them high enough.

Came in with a party of seven on a Tuesday. Pretty much ignored after the first taste. The gentleman at the counter sat with a couple and never came back to check on us after half an hour. Highly disappointed. Wineries down the road.

We had a great time today with Natasha and loved the wines - especially the Ami!

We visited Cascade Cliffs years ago and enjoyed their wines and friendliness. We were back in the area and decided to visit again. Wines are still good with lots of varieties not always consistently found in the PNW.....Barbera and nebbiola. Service was great (Natashha), wines were good, and prices fair. Not that we really need another wine club, already members of 3, but we were so impressed we joined Cascade Cliffs club.

This was our last stop as we were leaving the Gorge. Lori took AMAZING care of us and honestly, all 4 of us said that it was our favorite spot of 9 wineries we visited. She was passionate and knowledgeable in describing their wines and we loved everything she recommended! 100% fabulous experience!!! If we could only have 1 tasting experience, this would be it! This was a pleasant surprise. We we driving past and on the spur of the moment we stopped in to see what wines they produced. From the moment we walked in the door there was a welcoming comfort. It is a small winery with a small tasting room that spills into the barrel room. Next thing we knew we were sitting around a barrel with someone we didn’t know. Soon we became “friends“. Now to the wines. They have a strong bias towards Italian wines, but not 100%. But once you begin to swirl wine in your first glass, you’ll want to taste more. Everyone has unique tastes and I’m not usually Italian leaning. I’m now the owner of 18 bottles. Yes, the wine is excellent and worth your tasting.

WOW! talk about customer service. We live in Texas but got married close by and the air bnb we stayed at provided us with a bottle of wine from Cascade Cliffs. We decided to save it to drink on a later anniversary. UNFORTUNATELY the bottle broke during travel. We were absolutely crushed. I found an email and sent a message to get another bottle. Lori responded right away and sent us a new bottle asap. They were so kind and helpful. I am thankful We will be able to share a glass of wine from where we got married. What a wonderful business. You just don't exsperience customer service like this anymore. Thank you again Lori and the Cascade Cliff group for a future special memory.
