I sent Bosk an email to their info@ address on the 25th about our experience in hopes they would respond, but it's been a week and didn't hear back, so I'll just post about our experience here--
We went to your brewery today (05/25 around 2pm) for the first time because we wanted to check out a local brewery we haven't been to before.
The bartender said hi when we entered, and then we went to figure out where to sit, but since we were the only ones there, we decided to check out the offerings at the bar. The bartender didn't say anything at all, and he had a weird vibe. My wife asked what he recommends, and all he did was point at the list of beer on the wall; no qualifying questions, comments or anything. The bartender was rude, not friendly or smiling, watching the TV when we were talking to him, and he didn't seem interested in helping us. It was so uncomfortable we decided to leave.
We were supposed to meet our friends there, but we had them meet us at another established brewery. Bosk lost the business of 4 people when the place was completely empty. I'm sure this is a competitive market, so even a basic thing as having a friendly person on staff can impact the perception of the business.
I definitely would not recommend going here.

5 stars because it’s a great spot and good beer. Lots of tables and Cornhole set up inside. Hidden gem in Woodinville!
The bartender didn’t acknowledge us upon walking in. My husband made a comment about not being in in awhile and the bartender just shrugged at us then after a long pause goes “well I’m sure there’s some new stuff up there then” then pointing to the menu. Not friendly, no smiles. A manager or owner came in after awhile and his demeanor clearly changed.
This is a great spot but hopefully the staff can be a little more upbeat and welcoming if/when we return.

Unfortunately the Kolsch was one of the worst I've ever had, I couldn't even get through it. Hate to give poor reviews, but need to let others know. The dark color and lack of clarity should've been a dead giveaway. Zero stars for the Kolsch, but a couple stars for the atmosphere, service, and a couple decent beers.

Describing itself as German beer and trying to make it look like Bavaria. Good effort but the beers I had there are one of the worst I have had in a long time. Yes we all have different tastes but being Bavarian knowing my beer I was disappointed!

Best German style beers I’ve tasted in the US. The Hefeweizen would stand up to comparison with any German one I have tried. Their Saison was amazing in its complexity and flavor.

Hidden gem! Good selection of beers and ciders, including home-brewed kolsch! For those who don't drink, they have craft root beer on tap and ice cream cups available for floats. Other snacks are also available for purchase including the requisite German pretzels. Outdoor and indoor seating, plenty of parking. And the staff are super friendly! Ideal place for a large corporate or family gathering. Check them out. ?

Good beer selection. Each beer type is kind of unique. Tried the IPA and the Marzen. IPA is fruity, not overly bitter and refreshing. Lager is more on the malty side. Ambience is decent; location is questionable, it’s deep inside in a warehouse/industrial location. Staff is not really hospitable/friendly and don’t feel welcoming.
Nice local brewery with great beer and nice atmosphere - can get really busy when the weather is nice (which this year for Seattle is almost never - :)) Dog friendly and a game is usually on.
If you like European beers, this is the place. Our favorites are the Marzen and the Dunkel. Interesting food option is tamales from a local place plus warm pretzels, nuts and chips.
