The staff is friendly and the food has large portions. This restaurant is connected to the pub on the back side.
2026: I went back here after they moved to where the Horseshoe used to be. Still friendly and the Indian kitchen is up now.

Staff is pretty friendly and accommodating, though their service can be a bit slow. The bar seems to have a pretty loyal group of regulars that the servers mostly know by name, which is a good sign. Pretty roomy space if you eat outside the bar area.
Pub-food is good but nothing spectacular. I've heard good things about their Indian food but it's only available during certain times, so I've never had the chance.

Might be the best Indian food I've had on the Eastside. Actually, it absolutely is. Get it for lunch or dinner - the owner is often there, making the best Indian dishes and fresh naan right in the kitchen.
