Copper Cat Distillery is an excellent craft distiller, producing a wide range of spirits including peated whisky, aquavit, brandy, and unique gins, such as the Szechuan peppercorn gin. The knowledgeable husband-and-wife duo behind the distillery create top-notch spirits, including exceptional gins and limoncello. They also offer fun and educational classes, like the bartending class, where you can learn from the owners themselves.
