Ezell's Famous Chicken

Been going here heavily the last couple of months so I know they’re capable of serving hot food which isn’t what I got today unfortunately, also gave me a lot less than usual so they have a lot to improve on, guy up front is always nice though

Poor customer service. Their face looked like they didn’t want me to order anything. They got upset when I tried to order special orders. Will never come back

We love getting Ezell's from this location. It's the best! The staff are amazing and the chicken is always perfectly cooked.

Best Ezelles location in WA. Everybody who works here goes above and beyond to be kind. From the kitchen to the front everybody is always welcoming.

DO NOT USE THE APP!!!

The app can randomly glitch and will send your order to a completely different location. There’s no help and the staff do not care at all. I’m out $40. They just give you the store’s phone number which they will never pick up.

Super sad because it’s the third best chicken on the Eastside. I’ve deleted the app and quite Ezelle’s as a customer.

the Woodinville location pick up only took about 2 minutes, the chicken strips were actually not the best I've had at ezells over the past 15 years but it was still great. At least we know that the chicken is freshly made and not frozen! my daughter says it has a gourmet taste which is a win

Brought home Ezell’s dinners for both sons and their families. Ezell’s was a favorite of the boys when they lived in Woodinville. When they left for college the chicken was a go to show up at college with! Potato salad was excellent, mashed potatoes and gravy (reminder of home), and the rolls were soft and fluffy! Chicken a tad dry (I love me white meat). We will definitely be back, although we live in Walla Walla now.

Not my favorite fried Chicken in the world but they're pretty good. They have a really good deal on two pieces of chicken and a biscuit. I didn't need the biscuit cuz I'm trying to avoid carbs but I took one little nibble of it. It was okay

Everyone smiled when I walked in and I felt the warm greeting. My order was ready as promised. The chicken was hot and crispy and the sides were delicious. The attendant even offered to help me to the car with my order. (I have an arm in a brace and use a cane.) This was a very pleasant experience. Thanks to all!

Went in for a pickup order and arrived a little bit ahead of a fresh batch of spicy tenders, so I had a couple of minutes to wait. The staff was so friendly and they were having some big laughs in the kitchen which I always love hearing. It's a testament to a happy work environment and it shows through in the food! The tendies were on point as always, and the two piece heritage cut for $3.99 is a heck of a deal. Been going since I was a kid in high school and I've never been disappointed! Love em, a Northwest tradition for sure 😃
