I've been an Ezell's customer for over 30 years. Still love their spicy fried chicken and gizzards. The service is always friendly and prompt.

Super friendly service with indoor counter bar for dine-in or a couple outdoor tables when the weather is OK. I always get the pound of spicy fried gizzards which are always made fresh, so I have to wait for them to cook it if I don't use their mobile app to order ahead of time.

been a few years since ive had ezells. the quality of the chicken strips has dropped significantly - a pound of half and half, most strips had more bread than chicken. didnt feel like a normal pound, either - 8 strips but much thinner than a few years back.

This is our go to place for chicken. Great sides. Even better sauces. I highly recommend the BBQ ranch it's made in house. Their chicken is well seasoned. Every rare occasion it will be on the dry side, but the sauce and the flavors make it forgivable. My favorite side is the Mac n cheese. Great for those who like a baked finish. I also like their corn. My husband favors their baked beans. They also have amazing fried gizzards. Their rolls are awesome so order extras. If you are doing take out I recommend microwaving one for 15 seconds, quickly ripping the top off, and adding butter. The peach cobbler is phenomenal and has the perfect amount of cinnamon. Also again if you are doing take out I recommend microwaving for 30 seconds if room temp 1 minute if refrigerated. I like to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and salted caramel drizzle, but it definitely doesn't need it.

Was recommended to go and try things here but I found things rather dry and lacking any flavor ... Maybe just had a bad batch so will give things a second try and if things differ I'll revise the review

Waited nearly 45 minutes with other people who ordered after us being served first which made no sense because those people had larger orders than us, our food sat on the counter for about 15 minutes getting cold and when I pointed out to the young lady at the register that our food had been sitting she blatantly lied to my face and said it had just gotten there even though I had quite literally watched it sit, she then proceeded to very slowly prepare the order seemingly annoyed that I pointed out the fact that our food was sitting for a long time.
Other people were being handed their food while ours sat on the counter.
I work in food service and I would not act like this to a customer regardless of my experience level at that restaurant.
I would also like to add that our food was cold and soggy when we got home and we live less than 8 minutes away from the restaurant location.
Very big let down because I go to this allot.
