There was only one barista working when I visited, but she was a powerhouse! Despite the growing line, she was friendly and made sure she got my drinks right.

Lots of SF options - ask to see their list! Just a note, their Americanos only come with 2 shots - I personally think that's too weak for an Americano, so order a third for a stronger, coffee-forward flavor.

This was a regular spot for me for a while but will not be returning due to poor attitude and customer service. A couple of drinks were made incorrectly for me one time, they remade them no problem. They also told me next time I'm back to remind her so they could not charge me for premium powder to offset their mistakes and for overcharging me for drinks I didn't order. When I returned, and I reminded them, it was met with attitude and still charging me after they said they wouldn't. She slammed the window after handing me the drinks before I even put my drinks in the cup holders.

I have come here for a very long time and have never experienced someone being allowed to cut the line of the drive through. If you have several people waiting in line, follow the process and don’t allow someone to jump in front. That’s ridiculous!

This is my go-to coffee place for every Saturday and Sunday, and sometimes weekdays too ever since we moved to Bothell. The baristas here are excellent, love making custom coffee and very courteous. My favorite is Hazelnut + English Toffee Latte, extra extra hot and the baristas never disappoint me.

I honestly think that this is the best run gourmet latte out there. I've been to several and this is always top notch! My husband and I like to stop here every once in a while.

? wanted talk to other customers paid no attention to the 1 they were serving ? worried more about how much somebody else won at a casino. Never ask if I might want something to eat. Just seem pretty rude.

The Ladies that work at this stand are truly delightful. My first time coming was over the weekend, and I was not disappointed. They were so friendly and outgoing even though it was super busy! Their coffee is the best and they really took their time to make it so. Highly recommend Gourmet Latte!!

I've been getting coffee here for years but after an indecent this morning I will not be returning. Correct me if I'm wrong but when this stand has two windows to choose from they are both meant to be used, so if there's a line up of 5 cars on the immediate side and I choose to drive around to the other window that's not cutting??Well this morning I was verbally abused my what seemed to be a regular customer for doing just this and when I asked the barista if I was in the wrong they just put up their arms and would barely look at me. If I'm in the wrong I need to know when I honestly ask for the input, either way I will not be returning since I didn't appreciate the way the baristas handled the situation and didn't even try to get their other regular customer to stop cussing me out from across the stand at full volume.
