Mercurys Coffee Co.

This was my first time at Mercurys and I had a great experience. The coffee was amazing and so beautifully made. It was the best coffee I've ever had. The service by Jojo was incredible. He was so professional. Fast efficient service was provided. The atmosphere was so comfy and had seating area which is perfect for people who want to sit down and enjoy their drink or pastry item. I would stop by again.

Undrinkably bitter Carmel Machiato. They need to clean the Espresso machine.... 12$ for a large waste....

This location is inside of a Haggen store. Coffee is fine, service is terrible. I placed an order for 2 drinks, the young woman who took my order started it half-heartedly, then abruptly went on break (to use her phone). She left the other young woman to finish the drinks. I asked for 1/2 sweetness on both, that did not happen. Powder was still all over the bottom of the iced drink which tasted like sand when not properly mixed. All this, to the tune of $19 after tip, for TWO drinks.

“Light ice” 😒

That girl with the fake blond hair could really use a smile every now and then. We were there this afternoon 9/11/25, and she seemed to be seriously lacking in interpersonal skills, barely talking to anyone outside her own social circle. This isn't the first time we've experienced this. My two other friends, who aren't exactly Caucasian, and I have all noticed that she seems to have issues interacting with people who don't fit her specific demographic. It's genuinely disturbing to feel that way. On the side note, we were polite and kind to that person all the time, yet we didnt get that such warm feelings of welcoming from her attitude.

And what is up with that she always brushes it off to her colleague who does not sharing exactly same demographic as her) whenever that girl sees other than Caucasian customers, this is really disturbing

Small coffee shop in Haggen's. It was noon on a Saturday when I popped in and was not too busy! I hadn't been before, I got an 8oz Bees Knees coffee with one shot. It was delicious. Employees were very nice and efficient. Wish I lived closer because I would visit all the time.

I’m giving this review 4 stars because i’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I absolutely love mercurys and always have an EXCELLENT experience there. Today, i went to the mercurys in haggens to grab a quick drink and the barista didn’t 1) look up from their ipad 2) didn’t make eye contact with me the whole time i was talking to them. My drink was lovely. But i always count on Mercurys having lovely employees and today just disappointed me a bit!

A loyal customer for over 7 yrs.
Perhaps went to 90% of their locations.
Lately, I can hardly feel the coffee in my drink.
Definitely they cut coffee shots in 16oz lattes.
Simply dissatisfied
