The food is great! The staff is friendly and the environment is just how a Mexican restaurant should be! Personally I am a big fan of the Tofu Taco..and the margaritas just makes this place off the hook! I would like to make a suggestion to the owner directly and I cant find his email or contact info!
Good Mexican place with vegan options near the wineries. Yummy drinks. Service isn't always the best, but is generally good. Parking is tough since the lot is small. Atmosphere is cute, but also loud! Dog friendly on the patio.

Sadly… I can’t rave about Pablo y Pablo anymore. Our server worked so hard but the place was understaffed. Worse—my chicken tacos were 75% onion instead of actual chicken. For being backed by a big restaurant group, just doesn’t seem worth it anymore. Even for the creative cocktails.
