This place has radically improved since we were there before (a few years ago) - the wait time *used* to be terrible and they put meat in the salad. BUT the last two times we went, no wait time, more and very delicious vegan options, and no issues with our orders. Thank you for the improvements!!

We've given this place a few tries thinking the service would be different, and unfortunately it continues to disappoint. We were seated and waited over 15 min to be served. And they werent busy at all. I had to go up to someone and ask to start the order. When we finally did order, our drinks at the bar sat up there for another 10 min after they were made. We got our food before we got our drinks. The food was good, but we won't be returning due to the poor service.

The food here is absolutely outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and easily among the best Mexican cuisine in the area. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the service from Jordan.
She was abrupt and overly aggressive, repeatedly hovering over our table and attempting to clear plates before we were finished. At one point, she removed a dish I was still eating from — without asking if I was done or offering a to-go box.
While the dishes were exceptional, service played a critical role in the overall experience. Sadly, due to this interaction, I won’t be returning despite how much I enjoyed the food.

The best Mexican restaurant in PNW that I've tried. Been here twice now, food and ambience have been very very good. Highly recommend this spot.

The food was decent and the ambience was fine, but the service completely ruined the experience. Our original waitress — a younger lady with piercings — was incredibly sweet and kind. Unfortunately, she was replaced mid-service by Jordan, who was the complete opposite. Jordan was rude, impatient, and had zero table manners. She came across as aggressive and clearly didn’t want to be there. It was uncomfortable and honestly insulting. We won’t be coming back.

We had a fantastic experience - really great food - all four of us enjoyed our meals and our beverages - thank you!
Not great. Drinks were weak. Ambiance wasn't there - we were stuck at a table right near the entrance with lots of people walking past. The nachos were soggy and covered in carrots. I've dined here and at the location in Seattle a few times before but this meal didn't live up to expectations.
Inside was packed and very noisy, luckily there was outside seating, which was nice. We had the chipolte braised chicken enchiladas and ribeye carne asada, both were very good.
Our waitperson was very helpful in accommodating my wife's food allergies, double-checking on everything with the kitchen and making recommendations and modifications. Thank you!

Great experience at Pablo y Pablo Woodinville. I was in the area for a Dr appointment. Although my timing was poorly planned, I showed up about 30mins late to my reservation. I called the restaurant to alert them of my error. Still managed to arrived during Happy Hour, what a deal! I was thinking on enjoying the Restaurant Week menu but the HH menu was much more enticing! The Bah Mi taco, I will come back over and over just for that one plate! While I was there, I went ahead and got the enchiladas to go... lunch at the office will be excellent!
It took 20 minutes to get the first order of drinks. One was a NA negroni that was undrinkable. The other was a Paloma that was too sweet and barely tasted of grapefruit. The second round of drinks took 25 minutes to come - that included 2 beers on tap. Many tables were empty, so the slow service didn't make sense. We have had good food there years ago but this was really bad. I don't think I'll ever go again. The one exception was the super friendly host. He should get a tip.
The carnitas taco was just a piece of pork fat. Our waitress was very friendly but service was slow since she seemed to be the only server. The food was okay, nothing special.
The food was delicious, and the combinations of the tacos were really good and be thought. Our group got fish, tacos, egg, and bacon and potato breakfast taco, chicken Tinga. We also got a breakfast bowl, which was well portioned. But unfortunately, the tacos were too small portion for 6 to 7 dollars price tag.
Overall good, very disappointed when a server doesn't tell you that the tip is already included in your bill. It's like they're trying to trick you into getting another tip. Not cool at all. Do better. 22% is a great tip.
