I got the vegan pho, which had a light and refreshing broth with lots of vegetables. The rice noodles were really good too!ππ₯¬
The Vegetarian Egg Rolls are labeled as vegetarian, but I asked and confirmed that theyβre actually vegan!π₯’β¨ They are a little pricey, but honestly, fried food goes so well...
I ordered it for pickup but called before about an item and got a very polite answer she was very sweet.
I got the pho but with only brisket and flank and it was cooked tender and beautifully( I would’ve gotten everything else but I’m afraid of getting raw beef to-go, I get paranoid). The broth is yummy and I got all the usual toppings with a good amount of everything. It tastes like I got a hot bowl from the store which is hard to recreate...

Went with family, had the two vegan appetizers; the fresh rolls which were labeled vegan and the fried "egg" rolls right below on the menu which were not labeled. We were assured there are no animal products in the fried rolls.
The fresh rolls were alright, nothing to write home about with just vermicelli, lettuce, and nicely-fried tofu in the wrapper with a not-so-flavorful peanut sauce.
But the fried rolls were incredible. Gluten-free which is unusual and delighted...
