Pintxo by Valdemar is a Spanish influenced restaurant in Woodinville right near the YMCA. Parking here is free in the garage (make sure to validate once you get to the restaurant). They have a few tables outside and a bunch inside, totalling I'd say around 2 dozen total. Their menu isn't that big, prices are a bit high for the portion sizes but most of their doahes are packed with flavor. They make some great cocktails here, so make sure to try the Queen Bee or the Smoking...
As expected, small portions to share. Food quality is great, using mostly imported from Spain ingredients with a local twist; they’re not though traditional Spanish recipes.
Service was great; I didn’t experience what other commenters say about rude servers. If they were, that no longer applies.
