Purple Cafe and Wine Bar

We had such a wonderful birthday celebration! The food was amazing, drinks were delicious, and we loved the kind servers!

The food was delicious. The hostess set up a table outside for us which was perfect! Service was great!!

Beware, there is a 4% surcharge added to every bill that is “Retained by the restaurant”. When I asked the assistant manager, he stated it was “Corporate's” decision and is printed on the menu - which I verified as it was the 3 of 4 small print notices following the usual notices like the consumption of under cooked food..... They are trying to keep their menu prices low and add on this fee/tax.

Been there many times. It seemed like a place ready to shut down operations. Service was terrible and food was ok. Not the same place it has been.

Great place to eat! They where sort staff but they still did their best to take care of us and the food here is so good I could not stop ordering on their happy hour menu!! Great food, great drinks and good vibes

Poor service - mostly bar related due to no show employees. Food was average. Very very weak sparking wine/champagne selection. Also, a standard wine list would help. We don't need a dictionary description of grape varietals. Overkill.

As usual, the chopped salad was wonderful, and the Happy Hour size was perfect! I also ordered a slider minus the bread, which was presented beautifully and tasted delicious! We splurged on dessert: the chocolate tart and crème brute. We tried eachothers and wow. They were both amazing. And finally, I selected a Vouvray that was as wonderful now as it was 25 years ago when I first tried it. And the best for last: the service was stellar!!!

Menu was great but they stopped making the caramels. That was one of my big draws for that restaurant. I love the wines from Germany's Mosel region. They consistently carry the wine from this area. I hardly find that in other restaurants. Their food is excellent. I love the shrimp with pomme fries. Perfectly cooked each time and saucy. Great with fries. Staff is friendly. On this day, the guy was overworked. While the order was timely, it took a long time to close out. I really miss those caramels. Alternative desserts were not attractive for my tastes.

Our experience was great as always! Our waiter was super, food and drinks great! I love the Woodinville location and ambiance. My only feedback is I'm really disappointed that they don't serve the signature salted caramel chocolates that they have had for years. The truffles, which are supposed to be the replacement are not good and don't even come close to the salted caramels.

Service was very poor - we had reservations and it took 30 minutes to get water and more to order.

We haven't been to Purple in ages. Need someplace to have a celebratory lunch for Mom's 94th birthday. Figured Purple Cafe would be perfect. Upscale cafe, not too noisy. We were seated promptly. Service pace was relaxed, giving us time to settle and make choices. Two of our party had to get back to work so hoping they weren't stressed by the pace. Food was delicious. Three of us enjoyed the cranberry/chicken salad. The light dressing is delish. Our two guys chose the lunch combo. Both enjoyed very much. Almost had a snaffu when Inwas trying to pay via the inKind app for the first time. I was confused as to where my discount was take off. While my server didn't know, another server was an expert and told me I needed to hit the Review Transaction button, not review receipt. Yay! Snaffu resolved. Nice to get reacquainted with Purple. We'll be back.

We enjoyed the Pilot Jones cocktail (light and refreshing), House Greens, and Pan Seared King Salmon. Everything was delicious and service was friendly but slow.

I used to love Purple and come here often. Last night was horrible. The menu is very limited, we were squished in the back room and portions are small. They used to care about how the dood was presented, now your pasta comes in a bowl, no care given. I won't be back.

We always have a good meal at Purple Cafe. The chopped salad is so delicious! The chicken Marsala is always a hit. Good portions and service was excellent. It was quite noisy, there was a large party behind us and it was hard for us to talk. Overall we were please with our meal.

Went to Purple and loved it! We were greeted by several employees and immediately felt welcomed and seen. Service is up to a very high standard, as well as food quality and presentation. The music was a bit loud outside but the seating inside seemed more quiet. The vegan options were delicious and I will be back again to try more menu items. They even had vegan donuts for dessert! My group was a big fan of the baked brie and chicken marsala as well. Highly recommend!
