This place has yummy food. Buscuit was amazing with the homemade jelly. Portion was generous. Cute art work and ambiance. Service: they were quick to take dishes without asking if you were done, but nice overall.
Great breakfast / brunch restaurant. Nicely decorated and cared for. Attentive service and good food. The quality of certain dishes could be improved but remains acceptable. You can feel that the place is well run and that they care for the customer. There's free retail parking in the same building and the one across the street.

I might just be infatuated with this place, it's one of those things where you know you're gonna get good food, great service and ambiance that's just... cozy modern lets say. We got the chicken and waffles and the chicken fried steak, both are family favs and a very large helping, I'd definitely recommend sharing a plate if you're ordering the same item. The steak comes with a choice of sides so I did breakfast potatoes and pancakes...
