When we entered, I could smell the cleaning agent they used to clean the floors as opposed to the food. No music playing but all of the TVs showed the World Series.
We sat in the bar as it was during happy hour. The server was attentive and friendly. They had an adequate number of draft and bottled/canned beers for happy hour as well as wines and mixed drinks.
The food was ok - nothing great and nothing bad.

Nice little neighborhood pizza joint & bar. They have sandwiches, salads, Detroit style deep dish pizza, and a large beer selection. There is a full bar and booths for seating. This place is pretty busy most times. It also has a lot of kids in here at times.
The pizza had a good taste, but it could use more sauce on it for my liking. I have had the salads, and they are good as well
If you're looking for a quick bite and a drink, this would be a good choice.

After years of hearing how great the pizza is at The Pizza Coop & Ale House, I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered a root beer, buffalo hot wings, and a Little Cooper Detroit-style pizza called Edgar’s Long Bomb.
The buffalo hot wings were perfectly spicy and juicy, making for a great start to the meal. The root beer was a refreshing choice, and the Little Cooper Detroit-style pizza, Edgar’s Long Bomb, was absolutely delicious. The crispy crust and generous toppings of pepperoni, sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon, and meatballs made it a standout dish. The combination of the pizza and wings was perfect.

Thin, hard pizza crust. Extremely underwhelming. After taxes, you pay about $40 for this. Save your cash, and go elsewhere. Staff didn’t meet the delivery time of 5:40 either—I ended up waiting 10 minutes.

Stuck in traffic on our way back from a hike and we’re jonesing for pizza. Looked around for a while and saw these guys do deep dish style which is my jam (not that I’ve had it - it was still a fantasy at the time). I ordered two for pick up.
Walked in and it’s definitely an aesthetic place with low lighting and dark wood. The bartender greeted me as I walked in the door which made me feel like Norm in an episode of Cheers. The pizza was ready to go even tho I was 15 minutes early.
The pizza was really good. I got the chipotle one and the meat one (can’t remember what it’s called but you’ll know it when you see it). The chipotle ranch is something else and the crust is thick and fluffy. It’s very, very good. I wish I got a little more pizza for $32/$35, but in times like these, things cost what they cost and so be it. At the end of the day, it was worth supporting a local business.

Love the Super Coop Coopers Style Pizza (thick crust). The thin crust Pizza is great as well. The best Pizza around imo. Try the Salads too!

After years of hearing how great the pizza is I finally ordered one. The pineapple pepperoni seemed like a safe first try but the pizza was like trying to chew rawhide. It was spendy for pizza and not flavorful at all. The pepperoni didn’t taste like anything at all. Not even a hint of garlic in the sauce. The one saving grace was the ranch dressing which was as good as advertised. The waitress that helped me with my pickup order was great, but I’m still super bummed by the pizza.
