The bagel seems to have fungus. The staff is new and gave us an egg sandwich first instead of our no egg bagel with spread. Not coming back again

Shockingly bad experience today, my first time in at Woodinville Bagel Bakery. The staff were disorganized and getting irritated at each other, blaming each other for mistakes to the customers. We waited for well over half an hour for our two bagels. We had to get a substitution for the flavor on one bagel because most flavors were out, and it came out with capers on it when we requested they be left off. The solution was for the staff to just remove the capers instead of remaking so the flavor was still there. We pointed this out and the staff blamed another staff member for the mistake while she wasn’t looking. Very strange experience and I don’t plan to return. The quality and price of the food wouldn’t be worth a repeat experience even without the weird contention behind the counter and long wait.

The staff were SUPER courteous and went out of their way to charge me ά la carte (less) for the bagel sandwich I ordered since I didn't want everything it usually came with. The restaurant was spotless, and the bagels were good, although their stock was a little low when I arrived at lunchtime. They could NOT have made me feel more welcome.

Enjoyed food at Woodinville Bagel Bakery. They offer lots of variety of bagels with different combinations of cheese spreads. Even coffee taste was awesome.

best bagel ever 67/5 wowowowow that was the yummiest bagel ever I'm in shock I'm having withdrawl after finishing it. go on an empty stomach it tastes ∞x better!

We were really looking forward to trying this place.And while they had the larger assortment of different bagels , they were very small and to be honest , quite dense. We were disappointed because we had heard many positive things about the place.

Great little bagel shop with tons of cream cheese flavors. Been here a few times, several bagels to choose from, they also have drinks you can order. Cute little duckies in the sign.. Today they gave me the wrong cream cheese but usually they were right on :)

The bagels and bagel sandwiches used to be superb here! However, we ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a toasted sandwich. Both were cold and hard. I asked why they were not toasted and she said they don't like to toast them too much. I never had a heat issue before so next time I order, I will make it very clear that my sandwich needs to be served warm. I feel the bagels got smaller too. I always felt it was a bit pricey so I don't come here too often. Typically, the rosemary bagel is AMAZING except for today, hard and cold.

The staff is always very nice and hardworking.

I do HIGHLY recommend this place but if you want a warm toasted bagel, I would strongly suggest that you emphasize the warm factor.

A cozy corner to relax and have some amazing bagels, smoothies or coffees. I had the Swiss everyhting bagel, super flavorful! They also have tubs of their cream cheese spreads that you can buy al a Carte! :)

If I could leave a lower review I 100% would.

The new ownership/management has ruined this place. I used to be a regular, I loved this place and am beyond disappointed. Every time I go in there they get EVERY aspect of my order wrong. Ask for it un-toasted, it comes piping hot. Ask for flavored cream cheese in the side get globs of plain on it. Ask for iced latte get hot espresso in a plastic cup with like 3 cubes of ice and the wrong milk. Not to mention they switched to these ridiculous cups that are taller than the straws they give you so you can’t even drink it!! Employees need new training or better management because nobody is doing quality control.

Do not go here.
