Woodinville Cafe (the longtime 3rd cafe in the Village Square Cafe chain) is a wonderful place.
It has a train theme, including luggage racks. I'd probably rank it number two in the chain but I like them all for their themes, service, and menu even after the ownership change.

If you're from the East Coast and missing a diner you've got to go there. Fantastic menu and ambience. Wait staff was outstanding.
We went midweek and it was not crowded. I heard the weekends are impossible to get into.
