I was extremely disappointed that the fish and chips were nothing more than fish sticks and a handful of frozen fries that had been thrown into the deep fryer. Quite pricey for the product I was given.

I made sure THREE TIMES to mention I needed a gluten free bun with my hamburger. Lucky enough not to have Celiac’s disease, but unlucky enough to be VERY gluten intolerant. When food arrived, I asked AGAIN if it was gluten free. “For sure!” About 3/4 the way through it, I noticed the bun had that magical glutinous stretch to it. Even the best GF bread can’t recreate that as well. Immediate abdominal bloating, stomach cramps, and headache. Lower GI issues in the days following.
I’m always happy to see GF options on the menu. There’s trust that when I ask for that option, my servers and the cook have my back. Every time I order it I make sure to mention at least 2-3 times. It takes 2 months for the ensuing rash on my hands to go away.
I will never go here again. Those with gluten sensitivity or intolerance should be aware that this could be an issue. Staff: please make sure you are putting in orders correctly and asking the cooks that the food reflects the patron’s request. Mistakes can be made, but only us GF folks will suffer.

If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with good food and a welcoming atmosphere, Brocks Bar and Grill is definitely worth checking out. The vibe is relaxed and friendly—perfect for grabbing a drink after work or catching a game with friends.
The menu has a great mix of classic bar food and hearty meals, and everything I’ve tried has been consistently solid. The burgers are juicy, pizzas are crispy and delicious , and the portions are generous without being over-the-top. Drinks are well-priced, and the bartenders know what they’re doing!
Service really stands out here too. The staff is attentive without being pushy, and you can tell they genuinely care about making sure you have a great experience! The Karaoke and occasional live music makes this place a “go to spot” on Friday and Saturday nights!

Super great place to come, if you want to feel like a local. Im in town for school, and this place feels like home. Maddy is probably the reason for it; taking a genuine interest in what’s going on your life (if you belly up to the bar). Definitely a new local.
This review is mostly to the owner of the establishment. First time being there, and was hoping to have a great time at their White Elephant event at 8. Arrived around 8 and then waited 30 minutes and it still hadn't started. I then eventually talked to the owner who then said it would not start for another hour lol!
Well this did not leave a good impression. I would hope that someone who is running a business would actually run their events somewhat on time and actually have some customer service skills. Obviously being a new customer, I was not welcome there.
I was really hoping to have a great time with some people. I appreciate her letting me take a gift since I brought one but it does not make up for the terrible experience. Needless to say, I won't be giving them my business again and letting everyone know of my experience here.
