Tried this for lunch buffet. Everything was fresh and tasty. Loved the salad bar. Pizza had great flavor, but hard to hold onto the slices as the bottom crust was thin, with too much edge crust. Got a pizza to go, but they forgot to put pineapple on like I ordered. Pizza was good as dinner later and leftovers the next day
I ordered two pizzas off of door dash and they only delivered one. I called the store and they were so nice they did in fact give the driver both pizzas however they re made the one that was forgotten. So nice and great customer service! My family and I will definitely be ordering from here again!
Pizza Factory is like that dear family member you don't get to see that often, but when you do, it's like you never left.
We typically seek Pizza 🍕 Factory when we travel. We were lucky to find one on our way back from Mt. St. Helen (we're from CA).
They didn't disappoint. The pizza was superior as usual -- crust crispy and light, just enough sauce, plenty of pepperoni. They even have around premium beer taps!
