The gal taking orders just could not get my order right. I asked for a dirty chai made with cold brew. I ended up with a blonde espresso that had NO coffee flavor at all.

i would give 0 stars if i could. oven wasnt working at all and there was no notice about it. i ordered a iced caramel drink and there was almost no caramel. dont bother coming here, go to the one in the vons if you actually want service.

I was pretty annoyed when I put a mobile order like I have done at every other Starbucks, but this one in woodland will make you drive back around drive thru multiple times if it's not ready yet, even when theres no other customers in line. DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH GAS COST NOW A DAYS!!
And then while I'm talking and they ask if they can help me.They completely ignore me.

They need to put some tall shrubs to block the freeway noise. Baristas can’t hear you at the speaker box. Be prepared to holler.
Stopped in for an iced tea and to do a little work on my drive down to California. The atmosphere is very nice and clean. As I sat down I accidentally spilled every drop of my tea on to the floor. Without hesitation, the staff here (Becca Felisha Keida Mia) made me a new free drink and brought the mop out to clean up my mess. Will be stopping here again on future trips. 10/10

I come to Starbucks almost daily before work and normally I stop at one of the Longview Washington locations. Today I had to be to work extra early so I decided to stop At this location on my commute to Portland. I was told specifically how to order my drink from multiple Starbucks baristas for reference. I order an iced Americano, no water replace the
Water with a small amount of half-and-half, A splash of vanilla (1 pump) Caramel on the cup, Whip on top with caramel drizzle. Basically, I want the coffee shots with a little bit of half-and-half, not cream with a little bit of coffee. I’ve ordered this way numerous times. Whoever was helping me had asked me many times to repeat myself Because they couldn’t hear me with the freeway traffic. I was told my order was five dollars and some change. When I got to the window, a second barista proceeded to tell me that I could not order my drink that way, and that this was a latte and I had to be charged more. Not only was my drink wrong, I paid more money for it to be this way! I didn’t have time to have them fix it, Or argue about the cost. My drink was filled to the top with half-and-half, there was no caramel on the cup only on the top. Another charge I paid for and did not receive. Maybe it’s time I find a new coffee shop that doesn’t feel the need to act like the police.

The employees are super nice and they make your coffee or order ready in less then 5 mins no waiting

The ladies that open need to pay attention to the temperature of the items they hand to customers. My coffee and food were extremely hot to the touch. I can't eat or drink without burning my hand and/or tongue. I don't understand how some people don't care about their jobs or how they interact with other people. This is the whole reason why I stopped leaving tips. Do better.

It's a close place to get coffee but when I walk in there usually this gal who always looks very mad most of the staff is really nice but when I walk in I would like a smile not someone who obviously hates there job another girl was complaining in front of her customers on how many coffees she had to make Like it was the costumers fault why she had to do her job the coffees are always sloppy there's always stuff on top of are lids and they charge us so much money for just effortless drinks that have no flavor all the time

We are diehard Starbucks fans , drink there coffee every day, went this morning ,waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Prices went up again. Cups are smaller and the lids wont stay on . Scones are smaller. We will be looking for other coffee options

Always willing to make the drink to my expectations! Every barista is kind and caring, friendly and ready to have a conversation. They are quick and helpful.
