the cashier was extremely patient with an elderly customer who was clearly challenged by the menu. she helped him figure out exactly what he wanted and assisted him with his credit card purchase too - all the while, smiling! when it was my turn, she greeted me with enthusiasm and didn't mind a little chit chat. I was pleased with my Beyond burger as well. nice job!
the guy at the window is great!!! i think its victor? not sure, but what an awesome personality
Great placed. Staff has really improved and is welcoming. Kid friendly.

Carl's Jr. offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and upbeat staff, particularly noting the excellent customer service from Victor, who brightens the drive-thru experience. The restaurant is clean and organized, with quick service and fresh food, including popular items like the cheeseburger and strawberry shake, which comes with plenty of whipped cream. Guests appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, like Paul, the Shift Leader, who efficiently takes orders and ensures communication among the team. While some customers find the food just okay, others enjoy the warm and friendly environment, making it a pleasant place to dine. Overall, Carl's Jr. stands out for its customer service and cleanliness, though opinions on the food quality vary.
