Whoever owns this franchise should be deeply concerned and embarrassed. At 1pm on a Saturday there were two workers. One making sandwiches and one taking out trash. The girl making sandwiches had to go on her lunch break. I was the last customer to be served with only 2 in front of me and 6-8 customers entered after me and were told “sorry we’re not accepting any more customers right now” and put a “closed for lunch” sign on the door. They had no pickles or black olives. The other veggies were limited and the lettuce was brown. The place looked really dirty with food all over the floor. The girl was visibly flustered. Understaffed at a minimum. Luckily don’t live here and was just passing through but would never return.

Very disappointed with my sandwich. The man working was pleasant and welcomed us in while looking at his phone. The bread was crusty and tasted stale. They were out of turkey and almost out of ham. The soda machine was out of Dr pepper and when asked if he could fix it, he said they were out and there was no note on the machine.

They make a pretty good sandwich, I rarely have an issue with the food. However, they close their doors randomly even though their hours posted say they should be open. It’s always a gamble whether they are open or not.

I ordered 4 Footlongs and a kids’ sandwich, and the order was really disappointing. Two of the Footlongs were made on the wrong bread, and one had an ingredient I specifically didn’t ask for (and don’t like).

On top of that, all four Footlongs were packaged as separate halves — meaning I had to open all nine halves (including the kids’ sandwich) just to figure out which ones went together. It made a huge mess and wasted time.

It would make much more sense if Subway wrapped each Footlong together, or at least used the same sticker color or label for matching halves.

Just picked up our BOGO1 order, got it home and literally thought they forgot the meat on both sandwiches. So much mayo i had to scrape it off to make it remotely edible. Never again, even if it's free.

Very disappointed, I order on DoorDash for delivery and whoever made my sandwich at Subway obviously did NOT read the order…. They completely did mine and my son sandwich opposite and also added Olives to my sandwich when I never ordered olives I HATE them…

Said they're open until 10pm showed up at 8pm and they were closed this is the 3rd time I show up 1-3 hours till close and nobody being there.

This place is a rip off. I just spent 35.67 on three subs and they couldn't give change
That's ridiculous that they don't have 30 cents change. The employee said they never give change. Just a plain rip off. Don't ever go to subway. There just going to try and rip you off

Typical West Coat indifference coupled with low cost , high roll over business model. Understaffed. Customer service non existent, but owners surely won't care because they make money charging people 3x over what those folks would spend on the same thingnif they just went to a grocery store. Maybe I can get an automated response to this.

If you are a doordaher you will lose good money waiting for your orders.

I just wanted to leave a review letting you know your employees leaving a 5 star review doesn’t count 😂. You guys have horrible customer service. Also the young lady with the long blonde hair is extremely unprofessional and rude because she doesn’t know how to handle a stressful situation correctly. I was very embarrassed for her.
