This place is a rip off. I just spent 35.67 on three subs and they couldn't give change
That's ridiculous that they don't have 30 cents change. The employee said they never give change. Just a plain rip off. Don't ever go to subway. There just going to try and rip you off

Typical West Coat indifference coupled with low cost , high roll over business model. Understaffed. Customer service non existent, but owners surely won't care because they make money charging people 3x over what those folks would spend on the same thingnif they just went to a grocery store. Maybe I can get an automated response to this.
If you are a doordaher you will lose good money waiting for your orders.

I just wanted to leave a review letting you know your employees leaving a 5 star review doesn’t count 😂. You guys have horrible customer service. Also the young lady with the long blonde hair is extremely unprofessional and rude because she doesn’t know how to handle a stressful situation correctly. I was very embarrassed for her.

Placed an online order, the employee working called and said they closed the store early and could not fulfill our order but they also could not refund me because they were new. Said the manager would call. 3 days later the manager still never called and no refund had been processed so I went into the store. They took down my information and said they couldn’t force the manager to do anything. Still no contact from the manager and still no refund weeks later. Will never be eating here again.

The employee with the green hair, just has a nasty attitude for no reason. doesnt greet customers and just makes you feel unwelcome.
I try not to come when he’s working.
2 people working … 1 person on their phone in the back no one in the lobby we had 4 sandwiches ordered through the app they said it was ready so we went to pick up none of the sandwiches were ready and we waited 20 minutes to them to make them — we get home and none of the sandwiches are made right some had the wrong bread, cheese, not toasted pretty ridiculous. It’s making a sandwich?? We are demanding a full refund for sure.

1 person working at all times. 7 people in line plus online orders come in. Terrible! I feel so sorry for the guy working. Where’s the manager at?!?!? All these reviews are all the same. They say the same thing. They need help!

Reason for the bad review is they only have one employee working At all times. Poor guy has to deal with the Internet orders and all the people coming in and trying to keep up on everything else in the store. Definitely poor ownership skills here. 35 minutes for 6 inch sub. The employee did a great job.
