I took a wood fired bread baking class with Todd, and it was a stunning experience. The cadence was scheduled perfectly, and everyone was set up for success. The least and most experienced bakers all had a great time. All the food served was top-notch as well. The superb coffee was a bonus. I'm so impressed with the value of the experience. I'll definitely visit again in the future.
Bread baking class is a great experience. Lot's of fun and you learn how to bake bread! Of course, the coffee is good - you should get some. It's a nice drive out here from where ever you are.
