Gluten free burrito was gross, looks like a taco, doesn't look or taste like it's cooked enough, eeww just tossed it in the trash.
Also they put the to go soup in a paper cup and it absorbed all the broth. Ugh

Super cute cafe! Very cozy, with great food, drink selection, and friendly staff. There's a massive selection of books and the couches are comfy - it's a perfect cafe to relax in, something Yakima needs more of!

If you're looking for a place with amazing people and even better food.... this is it. Calm and quiet atmosphere perfect for work or study. They also have a meeting room!
Kid-friendliness: My 9 yr old enjoyed all the books. Although I did not see any kids' books specifically.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and most tables were a good height. Counter was higher though

It's a neat little place with books lining the walls. It's clean and pleasant inside. Food and coffee was tasty.

This is a very sweet family owned cafe and used book shop. They have a decent selection of food (including multiple gluten free options options!), traditional coffee drinks plus some extras like champurrado! There are couches for hanging and it's usually really quiet. Definitely some religious overtones to the book selection, buy also plenty of secular fiction and nonfiction.

I was at LabCorp across the street for fasting labs, so I wanted to get something to eat immediately after! I walked across the street to this unassuming cafe and it was such a cute place! The walls and windows are covered with books, which makes it super cozy.I ordered a mocha and the ham and cheese croissant. I liked that I was able to custom size which cheese and the barista was super kind as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. I had to head to work, but I would definitely come back and dine in as well. The barista was kind enough to bring me my coffee and to-go bag to my seat while I was waiting. My coffee and sandwich were both incredible!A great addition, if possible, would to be to replace the door with one that has a window. Your sign outside helps mark your location, but it’s still easy to miss with the metal door!
