like I said before to another fast food chamber? this generation has gone lazy, no experience,, poor customer service. just bought a meal? no straws spoon for my shake, no straw for my pop, no napkins. hard fries and cold, no red sauce on the arbys beef and cheese when I ordered extra? and they expect to get paid 16.00 dollers an hour? 😡 ugh!!!!! Went there today for yet another bad experience. We thought if we went in at lunch time we would get hot sandwichs instead of the cold ones we got the last 4 times. oh yeah, ordered brisket sandwich and french dip. The brisket sandwich was so old that the meat on it had dried out completely, the onion rings on it had shriveled up and we're so hard I couldn't eat them. Do not waste your money or time. Ordered two Wagyu cheese burgers without onions at the counter to go. Drove ten blocks to home. Both had onions. Both were cold. Cheese had not even started to melt! Meat was really pink inside. Patty was hard and dry. Hope we don't get sick.
