Went through the drive-thru at Arby’s, and they forgot one of my fries. I went inside to ask for it and also mentioned that my mozzarella sticks didn’t come with sauce. The employee said I was asked about sauce, but I thought they meant ketchup.

When I got my fries and sauce, there was no apology, and the employee seemed to have a bad attitude. As someone who has worked in fast food, I expected better service. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind. Disappointed with my experience.

The gentleman who helped us was incredibly rude. When I asked the size of the chicken tenders, he said they are the normal size of chicken tenders which, as everyone knows there different size at every restaurant, which they ended up turning out to be very small so I was glad it ordered a larger order. Then
We ordered 2 orders of curly fries. And we ended up with one of regular fries and 1 of curly. And when I questioned him about it, he said no, you ordered regular fries and we reminded him my granddaughter and I that we did not. He was incredibly rude. We had to get our own stuff, napkins and everything. And then the milkshake was sitting way down at the end if the counter which some woman made and just sat there no one even gave it to us. My 10 year old granddaughter had to reach for it across the counter. He never smiled once. Then some woman in the back screamed order # 5 and it was so.loud it was terrifying. Terrible worst service ever.

The beef and cheddars are always good. The best curly fries. The chicken sandwich is pretty good also. Inside is always clean. Customer service is always great!

The service was a bit slow. We had a difficult time placing our order. Thank goodness we went in and didn't take the drive-thru. I can only imagine the hassle that would have caused us. The food was passable. This is the first time I've eaten at Arby's since 1998 and I honestly have to say that the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. I remember when I could get five roast beef sandwiches with cheddar cheese sauce for five bucks. The atmosphere was pleasant, mostly older people. No children around making irritating noises.

Parking: To me it felt cramped. It could be laid out better. Having parking spaces right next to the drive-thru. Makes it very easy to get cut off from the parking lot. This happened to me. If I eat at Arby's ever again, I will most likely choose a different location, but several things have to improve first the quantity and quality of food for the money. The parking which I'm not sure they can improve upon.

Went into the restaurant toplace my order. The older lady took my coupon. She placed the coupon next to another coupon she had received when she gave me my drinks I asked for a carrier for the drinks. She responded very rudelyand said "I asked if you wanted one." She never did but she gave it to me. When she gave me my food I noticed that my fries were missing. I brought it to her attention and she again responded rudely and said no to the fries and walked away. I found the coupon I had given to her and told her it does include fries. She immediately took the coupon and basically told me in harsh tone: "you didn't give this coupon". I told her she was wrong that I did give that coupon. She displayed another coupon she had received from someone else. I told her ,No, I gave you the right coupon that included fries. She again raised her rudely voice and insisted she was right. She finally asked for my receipt where she saw that it did include fries. She stopped for an instant and said I was right and proceeded to give me the fries. By then I was convinced that I will never step foot inside that business. I don't appreciate someone trying to make me a liar.

Went through the drive through. Was barked at for my order. Roast beef sandwich was cold. Cheese sauce was awful. Bought a large lemonade and the lid the put on it was for a milkshake. Very disappointed in their service.
