Dude working seemed kinda short with me while using the drive through, but then I understood why. He was having to do everything. After getting served he was mopping the dining area. So props to that dude.

We pull in at 9:15pm and after we order the guy yells OH MY GOSHHHHH! Before we drive away from the speaker. Acting like he was mad we came? Then we get to the window, he can’t even wait for us to give him the money before he slams the window and walks away and we had to sit there and wait for him to come back. Our food was cold and old like he purposefully gave us the old stuff because we were such an inconvenience for him coming through the drive thru. The sprite wasn’t sprite, it was soda water, and they gave us curly fries when we asked for regular. So, we waited for 20 mins in the drive thru for someone to come back to the window to help up us, but the workers were literally walking back and forth, cleaning, even looking at us, and COMPLETELY IGNORED US! By the way their website says they close at 11pm so idk why they were mad that we came at 9:15. They made us as customers feel like an inconvenience and a burden. I will NEVER come to this Arby’s again. EXTREMELY rude staff! Overall, such a disappointment…

Sloppily made food, with missing entrees was annoying (drive thru). But one sandwich was missing so everybody split the remaining food, not eating enough. For almost $40 I'm not impressed. But. Not answering the phone is inexcusable. Sad, the food tastes good for being messy to eat. If you get it. Large curly fry had 6 puny fries in it. I wonder how many you get in a medium. Not at all impressed.

first of all, the extremely rude lady that took my order in the drive thru couldn’t have been more rude and bored taking my order. Then, after I repeated my very simple 1 item order to her 3 times, she still couldn’t get it right!!! All I asked was for my bacon to be on the side, and a side of the My ranch sauce. That’s it. I got no bacon and no sauce. Thinking there’s no way they could mess up such a simple order I didn’t even look in my bag until I got home, which of course is all the way across town. So I called to let them know and of course nobody will answer the damn phone. the store was still open, but do you think they could answer the phone?? NOPE. The customer service or lack there of is just unbelievable. Get it together and if you don’t like your job then find a different one.

2 part: Wednesday afternoon I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged by several staff as they joked around. I noticed other patrons just walk out so I left too. At first I figured it was just busy and ate else where. But last night I went thru drive thru and placed a simple order of 2 meals for my daughter and I. I asked at the end for no sauce in my sandwiches, well the guy that took the order forgot his mic was on and mocked me to his coworker, “well you should have said that at the beginning” followed by other smart remarks. I said excuse me? He realized I was listening and said “oh know you’re good I guess”. I drove around to the window and neither him dark long haired guy or the other guy making sandwiches would come to the window or acknowledge me. The dark haired guy with the headset came to the register at the drive thru and wouldn’t even look up. They are so rude here. It got me thinking to the visits before and it was largely the same attitude. This is a reflection on management and owners. Get involved with your business. Worst service in Yakima by far!
