Cake icing flavor was delicious, but pumpkin cheesecake was not. Customer service was good only complaint was the lady didn't change the gloves she was cleaning with spic and span before handling food. Will be back
We went in with 20 minutes left before closing. They wouldnât let us sit down to eat our ice cream. They said that corporate lets them lift the chairs up so people canât sit. I was very disappointed because we were doing a little celebration with kids. We donât get ice cream very often and I was looking forward to this. Their tone was rude and cutting. The entire experience was super frustrating and left me feeling like I never want to go back.
3 days ago I went to Baskin and Robbins to get two shakes they're 7 dollars a piece. Spanish girl attendant, I walked in she was helping a family. Another woman with a child I'm only saying this that she was Spanish and I'm white. So after she walked in behind me and the attendant knowing I came in first I said something about it she said it didn't take that long and told her it didn't matter, that I was the customer she should have waited on, so she refused service to me.

My family has been coming to this location for years. We always come specifically for their warm brownie sundaeâs. The last 4 times weâve come â they havenât had brownies. I commented this to the server & she rudely & defensively asked me âwell, did you come in last week. Because we had them last week.â I let her know, I donât know exactly when, all I know is the last times Iâve personally come there hasnât been any. I asked if she could give us a free scoop for compensation, she says âno. We donât do that here.â So then I say to my mom, âmaybe they should just take that off the menu when they donât have the ingredients so people donât continue to order it.â She snaps back & says âitâs out of stock so it is what it is.â I asked her why she had such an attitude, she says âbecause youâre over here asking for free stuffâ I said yes â because, as someone whoâs worked in costumer service, satisfaction should be a priority. Then (this is what got me.) she says âif you donât like what we have, you can leave.â & refused to serve me. This is the worst customer service Iâve experienced in my 30 years of life. So disappointing.
