Cake icing flavor was delicious, but pumpkin cheesecake was not. Customer service was good only complaint was the lady didn't change the gloves she was cleaning with spic and span before handling food. Will be back
We went in with 20 minutes left before closing. They wouldn’t let us sit down to eat our ice cream. They said that corporate lets them lift the chairs up so people can’t sit. I was very disappointed because we were doing a little celebration with kids. We don’t get ice cream very often and I was looking forward to this. Their tone was rude and cutting. The entire experience was super frustrating and left me feeling like I never want to go back.

3 days ago I went to Baskin and Robbins to get two shakes they're 7 dollars a piece. Spanish girl attendant, I walked in she was helping a family. Another woman with a child I'm only saying this that she was Spanish and I'm white. So after she walked in behind me and the attendant knowing I came in first I said something about it she said it didn't take that long and told her it didn't matter, that I was the customer she should have waited on, so she refused service to me.

My family has been coming to this location for years. We always come specifically for their warm brownie sundae’s. The last 4 times we’ve come — they haven’t had brownies. I commented this to the server & she rudely & defensively asked me “well, did you come in last week. Because we had them last week.” I let her know, I don’t know exactly when, all I know is the last times I’ve personally come there hasn’t been any. I asked if she could give us a free scoop for compensation, she says “no. We don’t do that here.” So then I say to my mom, “maybe they should just take that off the menu when they don’t have the ingredients so people don’t continue to order it.” She snaps back & says “it’s out of stock so it is what it is.” I asked her why she had such an attitude, she says “because you’re over here asking for free stuff” I said yes — because, as someone who’s worked in costumer service, satisfaction should be a priority. Then (this is what got me.) she says “if you don’t like what we have, you can leave.” & refused to serve me. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 30 years of life. So disappointing.
Great customer service ! And the owner is the nicest woman alive !!! Love everything about this place !

Tables were super dirty. Asked the employees if I can have a rag to help clean the tables and ignored me twice . Asked me 4 times what size and what flavors I wanted for two drinks . The young girl was very nice and helped him out with our drinks and cleaned all the tables. Place is a mess not what it use to be smh
