We are regular customers in here and they messed up on a shake and told my husband that they wrote his name down and to come back whenever and they would fix it. I came back in his wife said hey my husband’s name told him the situation. Apparently, they didn’t write anything down. Which dress is kind of lame because my husband wasn’t with me to pull up the receipt on his end! So I had him stop what he was doing at work to send me the bank transaction for it! And Still they didn’t take care of us. I just coming in and wanting to do your job and go home but The attitude was way out of line for no reason acting like I was trying to get something for nothing! I haven’t been treated like that in a very long time and it kind of blew me away! At the end because I was made to feel so uncomfortable I just paid for my drink! And I asked to talk to the manager Who clearly Set the standards of the store because she was right there during all of it and Want to help or what kind at all! We are good customers! We come in with a handful of kids all the time tip well clean up after ourselves and leave! I don’t think I feel comfortable coming here anymore seeing how you treat people!

Cake icing flavor was delicious, but pumpkin cheesecake was not. Customer service was good only complaint was the lady didn't change the gloves she was cleaning with spic and span before handling food. Will be back
We went in with 20 minutes left before closing. They wouldn’t let us sit down to eat our ice cream. They said that corporate lets them lift the chairs up so people can’t sit. I was very disappointed because we were doing a little celebration with kids. We don’t get ice cream very often and I was looking forward to this. Their tone was rude and cutting. The entire experience was super frustrating and left me feeling like I never want to go back.

3 days ago I went to Baskin and Robbins to get two shakes they're 7 dollars a piece. Spanish girl attendant, I walked in she was helping a family. Another woman with a child I'm only saying this that she was Spanish and I'm white. So after she walked in behind me and the attendant knowing I came in first I said something about it she said it didn't take that long and told her it didn't matter, that I was the customer she should have waited on, so she refused service to me.
