We pulled up at 10:30pm to get some ice cream and there were two workers sitting at the table. When we went to park they waved to show they were closed and flashed the light off. We had 30 mins… until 11pm which is when they are supposed to close. Serving ice cream takes less than 5-10 mins if that. Maybe next time they could actually do their job instead of chilling and closing early. To the business owner… are these really the employees you want to have working for you?

I have been going to buy for a long time and before there were other employees working and they served what is fair, I always bought a waffle cone with a scoop of snow and today there are some young guys working, two men and a girl and they give very bad service, they give very small portions and they are not professional at all and for the price what they are serving is very little. I went last week with my wife and a very kind girl served us very well. My entire family went to the drive-through, somewhere around 8 P.M., on a Sunday, March 23rd. My parents ordered, and there were two 2 guys messing around. They even told us to shush because they were talking to other customers. I'm rating the place 1 star for now. Once the problem has been figured out, I'm removing the post. And including there was this one girl employee who was kind and in my opinion, she seems nice and was tired with the 2 boy employees messing around. The girl gave us the right ice cream while the 2 boys seemed to not know which kind of flavored we ordered. I was frustrated seeing this. They even asked for a tip, and to be clear, the 2 guys don't deserve a tip at all. Over all everytime I go here, it's great, but today wasn't great.

The website says they close at 10pm, they have a paper on the door saying they close at 8pm but have the doors already locked before 7:50pm. Not away to do business. I have worked in the restaurant business for many years. You are opened and serving until your close time. You don't lock up before and start your cleaning so that you can walk out at your closing time. Hope this one goes out of business.

Too much hassle to go here. Very inconsistent employees. Never know if they will be courteous or rude. When you go thru the drive through, the box where you would normally place an order has an automated message on it which is confusing. You can't place order until you get to window. You can wait forever even if there is only one car ahead of you. Have never seen such a slow drive through. Once you are in the drive through it is impossible to get out. Have waited as long as 45 minutes with one car in front. To top it off, last time I went there I was asked for a tip. Their ice cream is great but you can buy it at the store now.

Employees have friendly customer service, I pick up Doordash orders here from time to time. I've had a day when they were closed before 10 pm and I couldn't complete my Doordash pickup. I would take their hours with a pinch of salt when doing a delivery.

They close at 10 we showed up at 9:40 they told us their lobby was closed and to go to the drive thru. We went to the drive thru and waited behind 4 other cars. We were not served along with the 4 other cars. They closed after telling us to go wait in the drive thru.

Sat at a drive thru for almost 10 mins, no one acknowledged you were even there. If they are busy, I understand. But when I drove to the front door, only a lady and a boy sat down, eating their iced cream, 1 car in the parking lot. Really? Decided to not even go inside. Zero customer service!!!
