Best Philly cheese steak sandwich Ever. The gentleman that takes your order is fun and always happy. I won't go anywhere else for my Philly cheese steak sandwich.

There are a lot of bad reviews on here so I felt compelled to add my own from January 2022. My friend and I loved the Philly steak subs, they are delicious. I heard they got new management a while ago I have no idea how long ago it was but that might explain some of the bad reviews from years past. The food was awesome and I can't wait to go back. I also got a salad for my fiancé and brought it back to her and she really liked that too.

I loved this place since I was a kid and still love going from time to time. I like to get the chicken Supreme it is delicious no doubt with chips and a pop yum. Making me hungry already.

Visited the Summitview location in Yakima at 3:15 on 10/17 and the guy was outside smoking right at the drive thru where people are ordering. Then he went inside and made my sandwich without a mask or washing hands. Smoke blowing in the car. Really displeased.

The rating is strictly on the basis of their cheesesteak sandwich, which is the only item I've tried. Other items of which there are many could be worth a higher rating. The closest sandwich they have to a traditional cheesesteak sandwich according to the staff is their steak classic. They don't have Amoroso rolls which is understandable but they don't have Cheese Whiz either, so there's no hope for a Philly-like cheesesteak without one of the two.The meat is prepared in the Philly style. They have some sort of saucy flavoring to the meat which isn't in the Philly mold. But if they just offered whiz it would be a reasonable facsimile of a Philly cheesesteak. (or, having an Amoroso roll would do it too but Bruschi's is a chain so that's not too reasonable.) But a chewier style of roll would help. They don't offer many sides, I was expecting cheese fries but only chips are offered. But fries don't make much sense without whiz so no major loss there.A solid sandwich overall but not for those looking for an authentic Philly cheesesteak experience.Bathroom was very clean.

I love Bruchi’s subs and cheese steaks, good and quick service even though they were very busy. But the rolls haven’t been as good for the past year or so. The one I had this week tasted a little burnt and sometimes they are dry and falling apart. I love a good soft roll so a bad roll can make or break it for me.

we had a great sandwich my husband and I both ordered the Hawaiian it was made quickly and we were on our way. the staff is awesome it's obvious that they care about their product and they care about their customers. we hadn't been there in a few years but we're definitely going to make it our new place for subs

If you've never had Bruchi's before you have been missing part of your food life experiences. It is great! Not all locations are great with service but the food quality is consistent. The Nob Hill and 3rd location in Yakima is awesome. Friendly reception, atmosphere and treatment to the customer. Clean dining area always. Convenience food, not fast food, heads up. Only issue I've ever had is call in is tough. They're busy. App, and in store is the way to go for take out.
