Good customer service. Picked up Doordash order at the drive thru at about 9.35 pm. The inside was closed.
If you are picking up delivery orders you may want to go straight to the drive thru even if the app says otherwise. Their lobby appears to close earlier.

Ordered from Bruchis on Summitview tonight. Bread was somehow undercooked, fries were soggy, and the 2 kid meals we ordered came with cups of ice cream but they forgot to give them to us. Lately, it seems like their quality keeps going down. I have had the smash burgers before that were well made with fries that were golden and crispy. Not sure if it's the young people working tonight, or what the problem seems to be, but they do not seem to care about their quality. Maybe take your time and cook food all the way. It was not busy when we got our order.

I like Bruchi's. Great sandwiches. I tried the Pepper Steak. Very good salads. The smash burgers are pretty good as well. Decent service and a clean store. I will return.

Been going there since the store opened on Summitview. Yesterday 8/25/24 @5:31pm we struggled to place our order, the music (unpleasant) was so loud the employee taking orders stuggled with the family before us and then again with us to hear and understand each other.
We were thankful we had takeout as we couldn't converse while waiting for our odder to complete. Also disappointed the spinach salad no longer avail,
If we encounter the same invironment again we will not be returning. It may have something to do with the fact there was only one table occupied by "eat in" customers. The order taker and the gal who handed us our order tended to agree with us but seemed unableto offer a solution.
A sad sign of the times..

Good burgers at reasonable prices. Nothing to complain about, we liked it!

Well ,I have to say bruchis sure are charging more for the bread and veggies than putting meat on the subs. And it would be nice for bruchis to put stickers on the sandwiches to let you know what they are especially when ordering two or more subs.its quite embarrassing not knowing what's what When your buying for a crowd.

Had the meat lovers sandwich which was a bit salty, and my order was not taken properly and was actually asked to pay separately for fries and a drink when I ordered a combo meal.
Also they took the spinach salad off the menu that was really quite good.
