Second time I have had this places food. The first time wasn't bad, today however the cheese steak sandwich I got was so wet and soggy it was like eating mush, had no flavor. Was very disappointed in my meal.

I like the smaller location but Bruchi's pricing/quality can't be beat. It's cheaper than the big fast food chains and the kids meals come with free ice cream.

There steak supreme sandwiches are always super amazing! And the service is always good.

Overall a good experience with good food. 2 of us had the Chicken Malibu cheesesteaks and really enjoyed them.

Unfortunately, 1 person chose a Sub sandwich, and I cannot classify them as gourmet, as advertised. First, they only had Mayo and oil as the sauces. A Lot of people do Not like mayo. There should be a selection of sauces for people to choose from. Also, a sub needs a classic roll and that is not what ours was served on.
He tried some of the others' cheesesteak sandwiches and wished he'd gotten that instead.

We had the Huckleberry ice cream and that was very good.

The cheesesteak supreme sandwich was quite good, but don't get the Ceasars salad. It was just a little lettuce and croutons, not worth the price.

Good customer service but lobby closes a little early. Came at 8.38 pm for Doordash pickup and had to sit on the drive thru.

Our favorite

Their online ordering system hasn't been turned on for at least a month, maybe or more. When we brought this to the attention of the staff they had no idea what we were talking about. We have actually gone way out of our way to go to the one on 56th because their system is working. Other times we just skip them entirely.

Food have no idea because I never got my food, excuse was that the screen got cleared they thought I had my food. I paid took several tables to find an acceptable one. Ordered at 2:03 walked out with no food and 5-7 people were served before me. At 2:27 I walked out. After getting home and calling it was satisfying to say what I had to say without upsetting the restaurant.
I've cooked for the Camlin restaurant, I've worked for Denney's, shoneys, IHOP and of course some fast food.
I still have a food handler card because I volunteered for awhile at a church for the pancake breakfast.
It's sad that this happened, as well I'll never return to this chain again.
It was the bruchis on 1st and Mead in Yakima.
