Excellent espresso blend. Bold Italian blend roasted in Seattle. Cappuccinos were made dry as ordered. Assistant manager on site was great. Very few roasters outside of Starbucks producing a smooth bold cup of espresso so this is a gem. Vast majority of new coffee shops pushing under roasted highly acidic coffees, not this one.
