The lid to my drink wasn't on all the way, so I spilled it all over my lap and car. The fries were soggy, and the pop was flat. Couldn't understand the girl taking my order in the drive through. Very disappointed, I never usually eat out and Carl's Jr is my favorite place fast food wise but this one is like going to a McDonald's... Not good
