This was our first time at this establishment, we are from out of town. And we seen the restaurant on the way to our hotel. So we made reservations for the next evening and are we glad we did. Food was prepared to perfection. The staff and the ambiance was wonderful. I love the music selection and the old time classy feel. I highly recommend people to come from out of town just to enjoy this experience.
I fell in love with escargot and bearnaise sauce as served here. I did not fall in love with my date, but that's ok. Carousel is a wonderful upscale experience with complex flavors in simple dishes. I would hope that everyone gets to experience their ambiance and hospitality once in a lifetime.
We came to carousel for a long overdue date night on a random Thursday. We weren't expecting to be blown away given that we find French food is very hit or miss. After our experience here, rethinking that many of our date nights will be held here!
